"We arrived here for the last two days of our Quik trip to Japan. And we were welcome in with open arms and beautiful smiles, and great culture. This hotels surpasses anything we say that from Hiroshima to Osaka. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, respected, even with tattoos. It was my husband‘s birthday while we were here and the room was decorated. The staff is above and beyond, the room exceeded expectations for a larger hotel, you still felt like you were within a small place."

"As a family of four visiting Tokyo Disney, we really appreciated the convenience, spacious room, and little extra touches that made our stay so comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from Maihama station, unfortunately, there wasn’t one operating when we arrived around 1:30 PM. We decided to walk to the hotel instead. It’s definitely doable if you don’t mind getting your steps in! There’s also free shuttle service to and from Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland, and DisneySea that runs every 15 minutes. Our room was VERY spacious and clean! 4 twin beds with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Toilet in a separate room from the stand-up shower, bathtub, and powder room. It made getting everyone ready so much easier! The hotel restaurant, The Compass, serves a breakfast buffet. Lawson located on 1st floor, open 24hrs. Laundry room included 10 washer/dryer combo machines. The staff were patient, friendly, and welcoming; greeted guests as they entered or exited hotel. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! Between the spacious room, family-friendly amenities, convenient shuttle service, and genuinely welcoming staff, this hotel was a great choice for our Disney trip. I would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend it to families visiting Tokyo Disney! ❤️"

"Hotel is easily accessible from Shin Urayasu station. There’s a Lawson right at the entrance. Fun stuff at the lobby to entertain young kids. A Welcome Lounge for guests that serves free drinks and some snacks opens in the afternoon until 11pm. Hotel runs a shuttle to Disneyland and sea. Rooms are quiet. Love the toilet which have separate area for bath, toilet bowl and sink. This ensures everyone can still use something, no worries even if someone wants to soak in the tub after a long day."
