Barefoot Cove is a recently built, upscale townhome offering 2,171 square feet of beautifully designed living space, complete with stylish furnishings, a private elevator, access to a seasonal saltwater community pool and an ocean view. Located in The Cove, a newer neighborhood in the quiet southern end of Kure Beach, this home provides a relaxed coastal setting that still keeps you close to everything the area has to offer.
Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you can arrive and settle in with ease. Inside, you’ll find modern finishes throughout, including ceramic tile showers, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a thoughtfully designed inverted floor plan that places the main living area on the top level to maximize space and comfort. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with high-end appliances, sleek countertops, a large island, and everything you need to prepare meals and gather together.
With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Step outside to enjoy the large covered deck or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day. Two parking spaces are included. -Community pool is seasonal, not heated and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to weather or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-Maximum Occupancy: 9 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
