"When we checked in there was no power due to intense rain from the previous days. We heard that they hadn’t had power for 4 days prior… there was one night where we didn’t have any power and it came back at 3 am. The hotel seemed like it was revamped and renamed. The hotel room was okay and the location was good."

"Staff was great, elevators make this hotel a nightmare. Slow, old, broken down….slow to do anything within hotel. Breakfast was very mediocre, pool is not as shown in photos. Internet was barely workable if you need to work at all! Staff were amazing, really the only good part about this hotel. Rooms are tiny and not accurately shown online in photos "

"Amenities and parking fees were too high for the services. We rented a car on location and still had to pay almost $50 for parking one night, the car rental had parking space but hotel policy wouldn’t allow us to park there. The employees were excellent & restaurant too."

"Nightly live music was great. Could be heard from balcony but was interrupted by the screaming children in the pools which was all the time. The grounds were beautiful with coi ponds and water falls everywhere. The access to the ocean was lovely but had no lifeguard on the beach which was concerning and pools had attendants, not life guards. We were not allowed to play gin rummy by the pool since alcohol was served there. Departure luggage near rideshare was not available on a Monday. High end shops were in the village. "
