Tatilimizden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otele giriş yaptığımızda odamızda teknik bir sorun yaşadık anında müdahale edilerek çözüme kavuşturuldu. Arkadaşlarla çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Sessizlik havuzunda yaşanan gürültüyü şikayetimizde de anında çözümlendi. Çok çeşitli yemekler vardı, mezeler fazlaydı. Alkollü içeceklerden genelde kokteylleri tercih ettik, barmenler güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Otelden aşırı fazla bir beklentimiz yoktu ancak yine de çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Tekrar gideceğim bir yer oldu kesinlikle. Otelin elinde olmayan sebeplerden bahsedecek olursak; ulaşım yolu biraz zor, dağ yolu gibi. Yol düzenlendiğinde daha da harika olur. Mükemmel bir manzara ve doğanın içindesiniz. Bizim amacımız eğlenmekten ziyade dinlenmekti. Fazlasıyla dinlendik.

Aracıyla gelecek olanlar icin guzel bir otel , dinlenmek isteyenler icin harika , fakat denize asiri uzak ve gunde 2 gidis 2 donus olmak uzere 4 servisleri var ayrica zaman araligi cok uzun, araya bir servis daha eklenmeli 12 13 gibi. Plaja disaridan yiyecek icecek getirilemiyor ama yiyecek icecek almak icin de anlasmali otele yurumek gerekiyor, sahile servis imkani yok. Bu problemler cozulebilir, onun disinda her sey cok guzeldi.

Dedeman kalitesine göre daha iyi olabilirdi

Tatilimize oldukça rahatsız sayılacak aşırı sigara kokan tarafsız, balkonsuz konaklama amacıyla kullanılmaması gereken bir odada geçirilen gece ile başladık. İkinci gün oda yükseltme seçeneği ile havuzlu bir villaya geçtik. 7 gece 8 gün süren tatilin son iki günü de havuzdaki bir arıza nedeniyle havuzumuzu kullanamadık. Teknik personel sorunu çözmek için çok gayretiydi. Çıkış yaptığımız günün sabahı havuz normale dönebildi :( Genel olarak çalışan personel son derece güleryüzlü, ilgili, profesyonel, gereken derecede mesafeli ama samimi idi. Tüm sorunlara hızlıca çözüm oluşturdular. Dedeman markasına güvenim dolayısıyla bu tesisi seçmiştim. Kararım personel yönüyle doğru bir karardı. Ancak tesisin bina kalitesi düzeltilmeli. Tesise erişim stabilize yol ile ve gerekli ve yeterli sayıda yönlendirme olmadan sağlanıyor. Neredeyse 100 metre yaklaştığımız tesisi navigasyon ile bulamamış olmamız bize büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşattı. Resepsiyona o anda ulaşamadık. Bereket yoldan geçen bir kişiye sorarak tesisin yerini öğrendik.

Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili alakalıydı. Herkes çok güler yüzlüydü. Yemekleri güzeldi. Tek eksi. Otel dağ yamacında olduğu için her yer yokuş. Odaya gitmek çok zahmetliydi. Ama onu düşünmüş otel, shuttle ayarlamışlar, hemen hemen istediğiniz zaman odanıza götürüyorlar. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık tatilimizden.

Tesis güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok düzgündü. Doğası harika. Otelin ormanlık arazisi daha verimli kullanılabilir. Müthiş bir alana sahip. Yemek kalitesi biraz daha arttırılabilir. Müzik ve eğlence biraz alaturka. Eski işletmeden kalan logo ve işaretler kaldırılmalı. Dış alanlar aydınlatma tasarımı kötü. Tesis, biraz yatırım ve klas dokunuşlarla üst düzey olma potansiyeline sahip. Nazik ağırlamanız için teşekkür ederiz.
