"Although the city was decimated by two earthquakes within nine hours of each other, 2 1/2 years ago, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, air conditioning that worked, and a friendly helpful staff. The typical Turkish breakfast had about 40 items, very healthy and delicious. The town is rebuilding and this hotel was great."

"The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury. "Despite the challenges posed by the catastrophic earthquakes in February 2023, this hotel offered the highest level of comfort and hospitality. The staff members were always kind and helpful during my four night's stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back if I have another chance to visit the town in future. "

"Konum olarak çok güzel, merkezi bir noktada. Otelden çıkınca direk kafeler var. Kafelere yakın olmanın bir dezavantajı pazar sabahı bile saat 7’ de müzik sesiyle uyanabiliyorsunuz. Kaldığımız oda baya büyüktü, fakat yastıkları çok rahatsızdı. Odada klima var ama baya sıcaktı. Tuvalette bi koku vardı. Kahvaltısı baya çeşitli fakat peynirleri bi tık daha iyi olması lazım, peynirde bozulmuş gibi bir koku vardı. "

"It’s a great hotel for a quick stop, remember. Not all the staff speak English, but so far, I did manage to communicate with the night shift attendant, at the day shift attendant was easy, he was fluid in English. It’s clean, basic, easy to get from Hatay airport , it has water, coffee, tea. All good just great for a quick stop. "

"Hotel buliding was perfect, but i cannot say the same thing for the staff. Good behaviour without professionalism. I reserved twin bed, but they gave me double bed. I room they wanted to transfer us was dirty which a person left there couple of hours ago and our arrive time was like 5pm."
