"Great house and well located. Clean and well located on a quiet alley. Nice staff who were attentive and gave us a good welcome. Great rooms and plenty of bathrooms. A/C worked well. TV was fun to watch. Restaurants 15 minutes walk away. Everything was great. We would have like a bit more explanation on how to turn on the A/C and the hot water for the shower, and we did not like the deodorizing pods in the rooms. All in all, we would definitely come back."

"OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent."

Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. "Stayed there with my family of 3 on NY eve last year. The property was well maintained. While we didn’t get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). Food was ok. I would recommend this place who wants a quiet, family friendly place in Allepey. "
