It’s very close from the bus terminal and right next to the shopping Street. Yet it is quiet side of the street and pretty safe and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay. Traditional Japanese breakfast came with the room. The bed was hard,but that typical for Japanese hotels. Facility had parking for our vehicle. Overall our stay was nice.

東横INといえば無料朝食付きで、ここは白米と炊き込みご飯があるのが良かった。 立地も商店街に近く食事、ショッピング、熊本城にも歩いて行けます。 駐車場は先着なので提携先、辛島公園隣りのパスート24に1000円で停めました。 チェックイン、アウト共タッチパネルなのでスタッフと喋る事は無く挨拶程度でイン、アウト共スムーズでした。

フロントの方々の対応はよかったと思います。ただ清掃が行き渡っていない感じがして、髪の毛が残っていたりゴミが残っていたりしました。エコ清掃後、ゴミはなくなりましたが、髪の毛はそのまだったので、ざっとしか掃除していないのだろうなと思いました。あと朝食会場のスタッフの方に腰を押されて、ちょうど痛めていたので、非常に嫌でした。
