"The view was adorable. The communication was okay, we missed some information about the button to get warm water to shower. Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy. There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa. Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"Checking in was difficult as the owner couldn't speak any English. Using Google translate to get by. The room was very basic, a sink, fridge, stove top and extractor fan, kettle. Big bed, the mattress was 2 singles and a little too soft for our liking. Bathroom was ok, but yet again dated. "We used this as a transition place to stay from a late flight into Zadar before we could get into our apartment. It's pretty close to the airport and worked well for our needs. The room was basic but clean and sufficient. The breakfast was also varied and provided a great start to the day, was varied enough to cater for two children. Staff were super friendly and even though we arrived around midnight, all was well checking in. As a place to stay for convenience of flights, would recommend."

"A relatively new and well-maintained hotel in Zadar, with the Old Town just a short boat-taxi ride away. The facilities were all in excellent condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the terrace at the front of the hotel was a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the sea views."

"We stayed for 2 nights at this excellent small hotel. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The dining was great, both at the included breakfast and also in the hotel's Kastel restaurant. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The main attractions of the Old Town of Zadar (Sea Organ, Roman Forum, St. Anastasia Cathedral, a range of good restaurants, etc.) are all within an easy walk. I see someone else posted complaint about noise from a bar across the street. Yes, you could hear it if your room faced the street and harbour as ours did; but it stopped both nights by 11pm, so was not really a problem for sleeping."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is perfectly situated, right next to the sea/beach and a few beachside bars, a five minute walk to the marina and a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town. The hotel food was the best we have ever had - truly surprising for the price paid. Dinner comprises four courses, with delicious salads/desserts from a buffet and a choice of starter/main from an à la carte menu. Superb. The hotel staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful and attentive. They really made our stay special. Thanks to all of them, from the staff at reception, pool bar staff, wait staff and bar staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, maintained to a high standard. The daily cleaning was great, and the cleaning staff friendly. The pool area was comfortable and quiet. Perfect for relaxing in the good weather. Finally, the evening entertainment was brilliant. We normally hate hotel entertainment and run a mile, but at this hotel it was charming and tasteful. From dancers, to musicians and our favourite - slight of hand magician Kris - they made our evenings very enjoyable. I think Kris may well have actual magical powers. We took a private yacht excursion on one day, arranged through the hotel. Our yachtsman, Ante, was excellent company and we had a fantastic day, for a very reasonable price. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will be sure to return."
