Ganz nettes Hotel mit schöner Sauna. Jedoch hat uns die ca. 5 cm große Bettritze zwischen den Matratzen sehr gestört.

Mooi hotel met zeer goede keuken

De check in was een beetje vreemd: de man aan de balie gaf ons nauwelijks tijd om vragen te stellen (noodzakelijke reservatie voor restaurant, uren van het restaurant, wifi-code) maar uiteindelijk kwan alles zeer goed in orde. Mooie ruime en nette kamer. Het restaurant was uitstekend, zowel voor het avondmaal als voor het ontbijt. Parkeren bij het hotel gaf geen problemen.

Häftig blandning av gammalt och nytt

Fräscht hotell med en blandning av modern arkitektur och traditionell österrikisk. Stort rum med separerad wc och dusch = bra! Saknade kyl och ac då det var extremt varmt, 35 grader. Mysig och klassisk restaurang som serverade wienerschnitzel på kalv. Medioker frukost där mycket saknades.

Einzigartig war die Unfreundlichkeit beim Empfang und Check in, einzigartig war der WLAN-Ausfall. Mitarbeiter des Hotels sah nicht den Fehler der WLAN Leitung, schob dies auf die fehlerhafte Auswahl des WLANs durch den Gast. Die Frage nach einer Toilette wurde ohne Worte mit einem Fingerzeig beantwortet. Dass die Toiletten aber nur durch den Aufzug zu erreichen ist etc. waren fur die Dame am Empfang schon zu viel. Wir waren zu Gast in diesem Hotel mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung und haben uns nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer war ok

Leider sehr enttäuschend!

Leider war ich nicht sehr zufrieden, ich war auf der Rückreise von einer Veranstaltung in diesem Hotel abgestiegen. Ein Hotel muss nicht supermodern sein, aber Sauberkeit ist ein absolutes Muss, besonders in Coronazeiten. Beide Nachttische des Doppelzimmers waren sehr dreckig. Flecken und angetrocknete Tropfenreste auf der einen und eine tote und festgedrückte Fliege sowie viel Staub auf der anderen Seite. Auf dem Schreibtisch stand ein leerer (!) Wasserkrug und zwei richtig dreckige Gläser, die aber wie unbenutzt umgedreht dastanden. Eklig. Für das gleiche Geld habe ich auf der Hinreise in Bayern in einem Hotel übernachtet, das war sauber, mit einem sauberen gefüllten Wasserkrug, sauberen Gläsern, sehr hübschem Ambiente und hatte eine Minibar (ein Kühlschrank ist für die Durchreise wichtig, da man häufig Proviant im Gepäck hat) um nur Einiges aufzuzählen. Die Servicekräfte im Lokal des Sattlerwirts waren ziemlich mürrisch unterwegs, ein Lächeln kostet nichts. Über das Essen kann ich nicht klagen, das war gut. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen: Kein Hotel, in dem ich nochmals als Gast einkehren würde - schade, denn es liegt schön und die Innenausstattung des Zimmers war ansonsten sehr geschmackvoll.

Mit Herz geführter Familienbetrieb, in den man in den letzten Jahren viel investiert hat. Dadurch ist das Hotel auf einem sehr hochwertigen Niveau, ohne dabei an Gemütlichkeit einzubüßen. Sehr gute Küche. Auch der Saunabereich ist angenehm, wenn auch relativ klein. Empfehlenswert!

Super Aufenthalt

Leider waren die nur eine Nacht, aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war neu, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit sehr schönem Balkon und Aussicht auf die Berge, absolut ruhig, super bequemes Bett mit anständigem Kopfkissen. Frühstück war ausreichend, und lecker mit regionalen Produkten, auf Wunsch auch frische Eierspeisen. Sehr leckeren Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut und super ist dass man bis Mitternacht Getränke bekommt, sehr leckeren Aperol Spritz und Rotwein. Service im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend und nett, an der Rezeption jedoch sehr unfreundlich und nur das nötigste erwähnt.

Good Stay-Poor Reception

Traditional old Austrian Inn/restaurant that had a modern extension built on where the rooms are. Our room had a mountain view and full glass floor-ceiling window that led onto a large balcony. The view of the surrounding mountains was tremendous, one of the best views that I`ve ever seen from any hotel. The room was compact but modern and functional. However there was a seminar room right outside our room door which was a bit strange, as you had to go through seminar attendees to get to the room which they were more or less stood by the door of....! So that was a bit weird, also if you have a mountain facing room, be aware that it`s also a farm facing room, and if you leave the balcony door open then you wil get flies in the room. I got bitten quite badly during the night and it the following morning when I saw the `bloody` tell-tale signs of where other people had squished flies/mossies on the wall and ceilings that I understood this was a problem. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable, the WiFi was free and excellent. I ate in the hotel restaurant that evening and the service was quick and efficient and the food was quite good and well priced. The biggest downer was the poor arrival greeting I received (or rather didnt receive) There was no hello, no smile and I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed. I also had to 15 mins and then go find someone myself to check-out. This really lets the hotel down/

Schönes Hotel, leider ist das Personal (oder Besitzer) nicht so professionell und freundlich wie wir es erwartet hätte. Die Reinigung lässt die Zimmertüre unabgesperrt und (in unserem Nichtraucher-Zimmer) den Aschenbecher der Vorbewohner mit Zigarettenstummel gefüllt am Balkon stehen...
