Miramare with sun terrace

The holiday apartment is approximately 51 m² and has a south-facing terrace. This two-room apartment is exclusively furnished for three people and is for non-smokers only.

The living area on the ground floor offers a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a four-burner ceramic cooktop. Amenities include a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. A good selection of games is also available for cozy evenings.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a very comfortable sleeper chair.

We have also installed a high-quality ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep you cool in the summer. The high-quality bathroom with underfloor heating completes the apartment.

New patio furniture invites you to relax.

A beach chair is available for your use free of charge on the beach from mid-April to the end of September.

A parking space is available for you in the underground garage. The parking spaces are double parking spaces. Please ensure that your car does not exceed 5.00m in length, 1.90m in width, and 1.50m in height to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. Roof boxes, bicycle racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering.
