ウォーターフロントに近い
クチンウォーターフロントまで徒歩数分の中心地にあり、観光には最適なホテルだと思います。 施設は新しく、スタッフの対応は親切でした。 オプションを希望すると料金はかかるようですが、1泊のみの僕には満足して泊まれました。

On our last day the alarm went off in the entire building at 6am for 15 minutes straight... it was over for a couple minutes before it started again, and again until about 7am. The hotel is good for what you paid for, but this incident really disrupted my rest.

No security. With guests fightinc, no security present for 2 hrs. Lift broke down, no alternative lift as only 1 lift in the whole hotel. only alternative was stairs. For 2 days. Toilet bowl water dripping.

Gute Waterfront Location
Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Waterfront zwieschen Hilton und Pullman. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber sehr klein, kein Regal, kein Schrank, kein Safe. Das Zimmer wurde in den 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Frühstück sollte inklusiv sein, gab es aber leider nicht. TV funktioniert, hat aber keine englischen Sender. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr laut wg. der Klimaanlage des Nebenhotels. Früher check-in nur mit 15 RM Aufzahlung.

Cleanliness is good. Staff, service and amnities is damn bad. No phone in the room to call front desk. Had to use my own then it took ages for the front desk to answer the call. Busy and enggage all the way. Coffee/tea maker and hair dryer is not available. The staff even ask me to go down get the hot water from water dispenser. I’ve been to other 3 star hotel be it in msia or oversea, tune hotel is the worst service ever. It does not fit the 3 star with very lousy service.

I used to stay at Tune Waterfront and it had comfy beds, clean towels and a private bathroom for a fairly reasonable price. The counter people were always friendly too. However, my recent stay was quite disappointing. I requested for a quiet room but was instead given a room right beside the main entrance where people walked in and out and was near the main road. When I asked if it was possible to change to a more quiet room, the lady told me that a room beside the main entrance was quieter than a room on a higher floor away from the traffic. Okay, that logic was very weird but I was tired and just thought of putting up with it. When I entered the room, it was rundown and not like the normal rooms that I used to stay in. The sink was dirty and had splotches of toothpaste(?) still in it. No bathroom rug was given either. And the worse was the window that couldn't be closed. As my room was right on the ground floor, anyone could've climbed in at any moment. I went to inform the counter lady again and she sent someone over to help "close" the window but the serviceman also admitted that the lock was spoiled. So even though the window was finally closed and "locked", anyone from the outside could just open it again. By this time I was just really really tired with everything and I didn't bother to make any complains because I could see that no matter what I said, the lady wasn't going to change me to another room.

1. The Front Desk Staff was not helpful at all. I believed that its time to chance shift so he is in a harry to go just answer cannot, cannot and cannot. Not even a suggestion but just point to the computer next to the counter and ask you to do the booking yourself. So I asked can you help me as I am not use to using this computer - he did not answer me but walk into the inner office. 2. The room 206 has a lamp at the side wall hanging side way about to drop off. 3. First day no soap, only second when they clean the room then we received soap.

Reality check: you're not staying at the Hilton across the street. You get what you pay for, so don't expect too much. It's a very basic room with only 1 functional charging point. And the wifi is patchy (not a huge problem for me since I got a local sim card). But towels and water are provided (or you can reduce plastic waste by refilling your bottle at the lobby). And it's walking distance to a number of food options.
