I love the space of the room, the secured parking (we parked in front of the entrance camera). Got lift. The room even got a balcony eventhough it's partly filled with aircond. The towels are old and seems overused.

A bad experience

The room was smelly with cigarette smell although its not a smoking room. The toilet flood after taking shower. The mattress is old and can feel the underneath springs and also uneven mattress making sleeping so difficult.

Bilik hotel sangat selesa & besar (superior king). Amenities pun semua cukup. Parking pun banyak & fasiliti semua ok. Tapi utk toilet setiap kali saya ingin membuka segala paip mesti akan ada bunyi macam 'gedegung'. Lagi 1, toilet nampak macam buruk. Bekas sabun berlumut. Tapi utk saya overall hotel ni selesa & recommended utk bajet hotel

Just ok

Toilet bowl needs to brush as seen lots of stains at the inner side. Tv channels..no news channel except mostly sport & few chinese channels. Room has ants coming from power point. Powerpoints beside bed not working. Internet reception also poor unless stand under the wifi router or at ground fllor

Further improvements possible

Hotel is a bit run down. When I first checked in there were no bath towels, face towels, or floor mat. The shower hair & body wash liquid were empty. When you bath the whole toilet was flooded. Coffee spoon also was not given although free coffee was provided. The aircon could not start initially and had to call the reception for help. No shirt hangers provided too. Room layout is nice though. Walking distance 20 mins to Sarawak Plaza. Easy to call GrabCar. 🆒

was in great area easy to walk to waterfront and a block from the shops. bed was horrible springs everywhere but room size was good.

Very comfort room

It is very comfortable room. however, the toilet has unpleasent smell eventhough is pretty clean, all in all, its very comfortable and recommended in the future

Cleanliness can still be improved.

Nice stay. Convenient. Just the cleanliness of the room can still to be improved. There were some hair found on the bed and pillow.

Cheap and nice to stay.

Staff is very nice. Services also good. But, in term of cleanliness, i can say terrible. Cleaning Staff didn't clean the room properly. Need to improve in term of Cleanliness.
