This Kuaotunu holiday home has a warm and inviting open plan living. The stunning scenery can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining, and lounge, or wander onto the spacious deck to relax and bask in the sea views!
The house opens onto the large decks through double and triple folding aluminium doors via the main bedroom, the lounge and the dining room. The sea views with the sound of the waves and birds calling or flying out front are great to behold.
Each of the bedrooms are situated off the living areas. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed plus sea views and deck access, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed located in the lower lounge should it be required. Room for the whole family!
The main bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom, while the second bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3. Bring your own linen and towels or we can provide good quality linen and towels for an additional charge. This holiday home offers a fantastic summer set up for laid back beachfront stays, or snuggle up by the fireplace over cooler months. Firewood can be easily accessed to the left side of the main bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped and an outside gas BBQ offers an additional cooking option. The outside table has an umbrella (stored by the BBQ).
Wifi and a smart TV are available. Unlimited Wifi is accessible throughout the house and decks. There are plenty of good books to read and a few CDs, including children's, to watch.
Access to the property is off State Highway 25 (Kuaotunu Wharekaho Road) up the concrete driveway labelled Saunders Place. Drive past the boat shed on your left to the parking area in front of the garage doors. Guests have access to the green space around the house and use of stairs to the beach. There is parking for 2-3 cars or 2 cars and a 5 to 6m boat. The Kuaotunu boat ramp is 750m to the west of the property entrance.
The other three houses on the property are all privately owned (by extended family members) so please respect their space. The boat shed is shared by one of the neighbours who may access the tractor / boats from time to time.
The property is close to Lukes Kitchen (Pizza plus), Kua Kawhe (coffee and cafe food), the Kuaotunu Store (with famous ice creams), tennis courts and a children's playground. Launch your boat at the ramp 750m west. Explore the neighbouring beaches of Otama, Opito and Matarangi (which has a golf course).
Make your way to Kuaotunu Absolute Beachfront for a truly refreshing getaway! Once you are here you will not want to leave!

A full linen package is available at extra cost with bed linen, towels bath mats and tea towels.
A washing machine, dryer and washing line are available as needed.
Shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish brushes, dish liquid, and dishwasher powder are supplied as well as three toilet rolls per toilet (only these ECO friendly products should be used). A starter for cooking oil, tea and coffee are on hand for your arrival but you should bring your own supplies for more than two nights stays.
Security Deposit information:
- Guests must login to the Holiday Coromandel Guest Portal within 24 hours of reservation to complete and sign the Rental Agreement.
- NZ$500 Security Deposit Credit Card Hold is required 48 hours before check-in and will be released after the property has been inspected and cleared for damage, missing items or excess cleaning.
