Front is not bad.
But Housekeepers are Worst.
They didn't come to clean the room and didn't make up the bed on the decided day.
I complained about it to the front desk.
there were many small insects in the room.
I won't book summer suiet hostel.
I stayed in the female domitory on the 33rd floor for 6 nights. It was the best hostel ever!! I could see KL tower just from my balcony. There are a microwave and refrigerator and kitchen in my room. So I felt like I'm living there!! I will definitely be back this hostel if I had the chance to visit KL again.
The toiletries given are limited, no toothpaste, the bathroom is wet and dirty when I came in. The insulation it not good as it take a long time for an spillage to dry.

The place is clean, spacious, near from everything, accommodating staff, love the security system, with stores downstairs, fully furnished though the oven was not working, free wifi. Will recommend the hotel.

appart hotel très moyen. a éviter si possible.
Durant la semaine que nous y avons passée, nous avons dû rappeler 5x qu'il nous fallait des draps et des serviettes de bain, que nous n'avons reçues aucune de ces fois. Les chaises étaient cassées, mobilier de sdb en mauvais état, quelques dizaines de fourmis. Problèmes systématiques de passage de sécurité avec les badges disfinctionnants. Piscine non chauffée.

Good central location for a decent rate
Hotel is centrally located with the Monorail station just a mere 3-4 minutes walk. TV didn't work but thankfully the internet speed was decent. The water heater wasn't working so well either. There were also ants. I could've complained about all of these but my stay was only for one night, plus there wasn't a phone in the room so I wasn't sure who I could complain to anyway.

Not recommended
Room was not clean and did not live up to the photos at Hotel.com. We had to leave before the planned (and paid) period was out to go to another hotel without getting our money back.

Average apartment, good location tho. The room I stayed lack of washing machine and utensils, good thing about this apartment is it has balcony, no chairs and table provided tho, hence you have to use chairs from dining area.

You Get What You Pay For
You should check in at reception located at lobby during their working hours. Do not call the phone listed on Hotels.com as that doesn't work.
The apartment I stayed lack of washing machine and some basic kitchenette. It's a bit disappointed as it doesn't look much the same to the pictures. I'm usually fine with anything and everything but compare to the last apartment I stayed which I even paid less, this apartment is less satisfied.

Poor room condition and and the service is bad
(1) No lift entry card was provided. We need to get the security guard to help when we need to go in or exit the building. However, sometimes the security guard was away from the exit and we need to call or get other hotel guests to help us.
(2) The corridor right outside our room had very bad smell.
(3) The bed is not very comfortable.
(4) The cup and kettle were not clean properly.
(5) Poor cleanliness in the toilet.

Nice suites and comfort
I was check in 25 - 26 Feb 2018 for my first anniversary. The deposit was RM 200 and will return went we check out. The amenities was in 11 floor such as swimming pool,gym, meeting room and etc.This suites so suitable for having anniversary or birthday party because the nice atmosphere.Quite clean and comfort to stay.

5D4N Stay for Xmas
Location is abit suburb. But most uber driver know this location. Do note that the parking fwe is RM30/DAY overnight. Room is nice but bed was too soft.. No housekeeping arrangement.. Also the washing machine n dryer was not there as per what was supposed in the photo.. Good scenery view where I could see KL Menara Tower.

Not suitable for my family
Place feels run down. Free parking is only available at next building. To enter, you’ll need an access card. Lost of card is 100rm penalty.
I booked because of proximity to KLCC and the need for 2 queen beds.
My suggestion is that if you just need a roof over your head, go ahead and book. You can squeeze double the people in the apartment. On holiday and need some pampering? Go look elsewhere.
