This property is right in the heart of things.... very handy as all the vibrant bars and restaurants of Changkat are on the doorstep. Good for exploring the rest of KL Great hotel and my hotel of choice when staying in KL

The pool is large but there's no shade in the afternoon. The noise from bars nearby is annoying especially at weekends. The day spa has great offers and is very good .

Hotel all good when you first arrive, prompt service when I stayed he had checked in 170 people already due to the bike racing that weekend. This may have lead to my problems with the hotel which are minor in the grand scheme of things. The lifts take ages there are many floors but you need to add a good five minutes to get out of the hotel, breakfast was not really worth paying extra. Good location although you need to run the gauntlet of massage offers!

Staff were courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No lift between reservation desk and M1, but bellhop was willing to help with my suitcase. Soundproofing is fairly good. Close to Jalan Alor. No hot water in shower...I did not report this until I left, so they did not have an opportunity to repair it. Plenty of hot water in sink. Air conditioning was effective but never switched off... just ran all night and was quite chilly in the morning.

The hotel is in a position where there’s a lot of bars and clubs so if you’re going to relax, it’s gonna be a little hard in this hotel but the hotel is very nice so is the staff

The hotel is closely located to sights, overall staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the GM to the pool staff. Pool was great, large enough for the hotel size. The room is comfortable, with a great bed. The only negative aspect is the noise on the street due to the many bars with loud music.

The hotel situated in the heart of KL city. Just 3 min walk to Jalan Alor, 1 min walk to Bar street and 5 min walk to mrt station. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to friends to choose this hotel.

A night clubber’ delight.

The location was excellent and so was the price per night. As it was in the nightclub district, it was noisy in the wee hours of the morning but that is to be expected.

The hotel is ok but the price is not right

The location was good. Very close to the food streets and local attractions. The hotel had a very loud renovation that bothered us during the whole stay. The hotel had not informed us about it. During the renovation it was impossible to stay at the pool or sleep.

Good Valie

Good value for money and very close to the action. Central location to restaurants and bars. Can also walk to Pavilion or Low Yat. Would stay here again and bring ear plugs too.
