Cheap but old, very old. Toilet not function well. No refrigerator, no microwave, no slippers. Carpet look very dirty. Bed very hard.

Bigger than budget hotels

Staff were friendly. Rooms were old but fine for a short stay. Rooms were also quite large and spacious with most amenities you'd expect. Toilets were clean but there was indeed an old smell to it.

This is my goto hotel whenever I have an event at Jaya One. I love the proximity. Plus it's comfortable enough for me and my family to bunk for the night. And the price is good too. Staff are very friendly.

Just nice

Stayed two nights for an event nearby. It's ok for the price I paid. Comfy bed and pillows. The TV had bad reception but I wasn't in the room most of the time so it didn't matter. There's no fridge though. The staff were very nice.

Receptionists were very friendly, but only good point concerning the hotel for me. No fridge in my room, so inconvenient staying in Hot-temperature Malaysia. Besides, only few restaurants n no convenience stores, which is hard to get drinks, in walking distance. Not recommended for tourists with no car.
