Worst hotel experience through Expedia ever

First of all the rooms were not at all the same as shown in the pictures. The description said 3 bedrooms, but there were only two bedrooms in the flat. They just laid a mattress in the common area and called it a 3rd bedroom. Also had to move to a different flat after the 1st night because the owner gave us the wrong unit. In the 2nd flat, there was no hot water, no kitchen utensils, the bathroom sink was clogged and only 1 single roll of toilet paper was provided. The towels stank, so did the whole flat. This is the worse experience I've had with a booking from Expedia. My family and I were not at all happy.
