Amazing central location for an affordable price. Located right across Eko Rimba which I recommend for the canopy walk, and only a 2min walk away from Dang Wangi LRT station which opens up all of KL for the walking adventurer.

Very dirty shower full of mold. Room had many mosquitoes even though we couldn’t open any windows. It had a mini fridge which was nice. Wouldn’t stay again though. Located close to public transport

First of all, the staff in this hotel are sensational. They are truly fantastic, always happy to help, conversate and will go out of there way to help. Also the area isn't central but it is near the station (9 mins walk max) and has access to stores, food and barbers (some of these are open till late). However, the hotel it self is not very well maintained, clear or nice. There was mould all over the toilet and bathroom, nasty marks everywhere and hair. It was not the 3 star I expect. I would go as far as to call parts of it disgusting.

Cosy and affordable stay.

Location Near to local facilities, bank, restaurant and attractions. Its really in front of KL tower and u can watch the beautiful scenario at night. Room Easy check in. Mouldy at outside of our room which is smelly but inside room is ok. Spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed with comforter. Aircond is very cool. Water heater not functioning. Safety Equipped with smoke detector. Surrounding Nice view around with waterfall and river in front of the hotel. Park at basement is limited and need to enter from the back of the hotel which is a bit confusing. Amenities Provide basic utilities and tv channel is sufficient. Fast internet speed with 200mbps speed.

Clearly not as nice as what the pictures show.

Staff was extremely nice. Always patient, helpful and very nice to all of us. However, the most important part (room) did not reach of expectations. The first room had an AC that didn't work at all, so we had to change room. The AC in the second one worked but it was quite weak and took a lot of time to cool down the room. The staff was nice enough to provide us a second electronic room key so we could leave it in the slot and keep the room cool while we were out. We appreciated that. The worse part was the shower. The drain was totally clogged and the water pressure was very low. The showers were clearly not maintained. The garbage can was dirty and the general condition of the washroom just bad. They also need to clean the windows or elevator area a bit (there are traces of dirt and fingerprints everywhere)

Frustrating when a hotel simply doesn’t have hot water. Even for 5 minutes. It’s away from the action but the price is good.

Very unclean. Sheets were stained and mould everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful and managed to get a refund on the room which was great and we immediately went elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend staying here, does not look at all like the pictures.

As a budget hotel, it's above average. Staff are friendly and helpful (though at first they gave us a no-window room before we asked for a normal room). Another issue - my credit card was hacked and unauthorised payment made at midnight while using their wifi. I'm not sure weather or not related to their wifi router.

Good location. Advertised as having airport transfer. But never responded to any emails. Had to take a taxi and was told when we got there they don't do airport transport. Room was good but needs a small table and hair conditioner just too small. In afternoon could not cool down the room. It was worse when leaving as you have to takeout the card so air conditioner shuts off so room is even hotter when you return.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor myself I couldn’t find myself staying there as managements has done nothing to ensure cleanliness in the rooms. Room condition was bed dusty , mouldy and unhygienic and I can definitely spot it all when I enter. Bedsheets looks like it hasn’t been washed, Pillow has terrible smell dust is visible everywhere and the bathroom mirror has fingerprints and sink is full of hairs. Staff is helpful to accommodate me to another room but I’m not having any of it as I have booked in Oasia Suites instead. I do not recommend staying here as refund will not be available and the cancellation policy for a hotel like this is a joke.

Je n'accorde généralement pas trop d'importance aux avis, mais cette fois j'aurais dû car en effet, c'est franchement cracra... Nombreuses taches sur les draps, sur les rideaux, trace de verre séchée sur un meuble, sanitaires encrassés, moisi dans la douche... en outre la fenêtre fuit en cas de forte pluie, et enfin c'est bruyant si la chambre donne sur la rue. La façade végétale est sympa, mais c'est à peu près le seul "plus". L'impression générale est que l'hôtel est plus ou moins laissé à l'abandon.

I booked a city view room and to my surprise I only view a not too clean window with flora deco outside the building. And the window is quite dirty tho. Toilet also can be more improved as there are dirt on the wall. Feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Little gem in the city centre

Absolutely love this place, it is right in the city centre, not too far a walk from major attractions with LRT and monorail nearby. The view of KL Tower from the room is amazing. Although some reviews mentioned the busy road traffic during the day, I did not have that problem as I’m staying for 2 nights over the weekend! The room itself is nicely decorated, the only downsides are the rather old and worn beddings and bath towels, give them a change and everything is near perfect! The shower door is a problem too if you are big you might struggle to get in and close the door, a sliding door is more effective in such a tight space. Also, they made up the room in the evening, I was out for dinner and came back to a tidy room, how strange! Overall, happy stay :)

I’ve stayed at flora before , it was well taken care of but this time it was horrible. Tv wasn’t working, the trees are bushy and not trimmed and the promised city view is basically a street.

Very friendly from check in to checkout. All staff was kind and wanted to be helpful. Cute room with everything to feel at home. The only thing we felt we were missing was a hand towel. Great price. Fabulous location. And really good staff. Would highly recommend
