Khao Jam a Thai inspired version of the the Kelantanese Nasi Kerabu. Kelantan a northern state of Malaysia bordering Thailand incorporates an interesting mix of Thai, Malay, Chinese and Indian ingredients and cooking techniques in its cuisine. This state which is still underdeveloped compared to it’s contemporaries does not have fancy fine dining restaurants but often homely family run restaurants.
