「“Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung im 26. Stockwerk sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus waren die beiden sehr sauberen Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gereinigt wird die Wohnung jeden zweiten Tag, was völlig ausreicht. Sollten wir wieder nach Bangkok reisen, wäre dieses Flat sicherlich erste Wahl.”」

「The support from Dannie is amazing-instantly responsive, helpful-qualities of a great host! The cleaning lady (sonia?) did an excellent job and the apartment is very clean. The apartment is on the 27th floor of the service apartments side of the Ascot hotel. Central location with BTS station right outside the hotel. 「Excellent accommodation. This is a building of apartments connected to the Ascott Bangkok, a really nice hotel. Excellent location, BTS station a few steps away. 「We enjoyed our month-long stay at The Present. The staff were all very nice and willing to help in any way. There was always someone outside monitoring who came and went. We felt completely safe there. The BTS station is about three blocks from The Present and you can get anywhere in the city from there.
