"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Came to Hamburg for a Taylor swift concert and this location was great. Very close to the ULine and accessible to the stadium and the city. The host was wonderful and always there and checking if we were good. We had a great stay."

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts , die Küche bietet alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt (vom Eierkocher bis zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden). Der Vermieter wohnt gleich gegenüber und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar Holz vorbeigebracht, dass wir den gemütlichen Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer anheizen konnten. Für jeden Gast war ein flauschiges Handtuchset vorhanden. Als Willkommensgruß standen frische und lokale Äpfel und eine Flasche...

"Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage war super, fast direkt neben der S Bahn Station. Trotz der Nähe zu den S Bahnschienen, hat man in der Ferienwohnung garnichts gehört. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind super bequem gewesen. Alles im Allem einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Gerne wieder :) "

Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Esstisch und einer riesigen Couch. Der Kamin hat an kühleren Abenden für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt, Holz war ausreichend vorhanden.Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – mit Pool, Sandkasten und einem gemauerten Grill, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben. "The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was excellent for me while I was attending a conference that was 2 subway stops away. Easy access to cultural and tourist sites. The washing machine was fantastic. Highly recommend. "

"Tolle, große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit fabelhaftem Panoramablick auf die Elbe. Der einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die undichte Spülmaschine, die aber wohl alsbald ersetzt wird. Von bzw zur Wohnung kommt man (falls keine Fahrräder zu Verfügung stehen) praktischerweise nur per KFZ, ab Stade bietet sich der ÖPNV an. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung des "Alten Lands". "

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. First things first the staff was great! Very friendly and personable. The lobby is beautiful. The room is well equipped with all essentials. The twin beds are a bit narrow but were comfortable for us. The drive to downtown is very doable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"
