"Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe. Wir standen auf der Straße. 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder. Meine Frau mit einer Schwerbehinderung. Da wir in Bosnien keinen Handyempfang hatten, sind wir nach Kroatien zurückgefahren um mit der Fewo zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Kinder und die Frau am weinen. "We stayed here with our three children (8, 13, and 15) and we all loved it here. The villa was well equipped and the pool in particular was amazing. There was also the river running at the bottom of the property which was beautiful and very peaceful.
The property was located just outside Bihac and the town centre was a short drive away together with local amenities such as the supermarket.
