We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. Nice enough hotel but far too many children

Nice enough hotel very close to the slopes with a great breakfast. It is however overrun with children, not the hotels fault as such but be warned if you want a peacful stay even outside school holidays.

A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure!

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed 6 nights at the hotel. The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and also the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the room and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok - not much variety so tended to eat the same each morning but it filled you up for the day. Spa / Swimming pool was good and the staff were friendly and polite. Hotel is well situated and the village itself was great - restaurants / bars were good and had some good meals. Overall hotel is fine - can’t rave about it but similarly nothing wrong with it.

Quite a disappointing stay

Overall we were quite underwhelmed with our stay. The hotel and rooms are very old and dated. The rooms were boiling and had no aircon or climate control. On our first night, there was a party / event going on and the music was pounding through our rooms. I called reception to ask if they could turn it down and what time it was due to go onto, they didn’t turn it down and it ended up going on until 2:30am! Awful first night. And then we were woken up to the noise of building works at 7am going on in the car park of the hotel. This happened every morning. Additionally, the spa was out of device from the day we arrived, neither the spa closure or the building works were noted on the site or after booking so this was a very unpleasant surprise upon arrival. I would not recommend This hotel to friends

Super piscine et super petit-déjeuner. Lit confortable. Chambre propre. Un peu cher car nous avons réservé en last minute (170.-/nuit). Il y a eu un concert juste devant l'hôtel dans le bar donc ce n'était pas super calme malheureusement. La salle de bains avait deux-trois choses un peu cassées, ce n'était pas du meilleur standing mais cela fonctionnait quand même! Un réparateur est venu le matin pour la porte de douche, avant que nous ayons fait le check-out, ce qui n'est pas l'idéal non plus je trouve. Merci.

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, war unsere Balkontüre vom putzen der Putzfrau noch immer geöffnet, weshalb unser Hotelzimmer eiskalt war. Unsere Hoffnung auf die Heizkörper wurden uns auch gleich genommen, als diese ebenfalls kalt waren. Als wir an der Rezeption gefragt haben, wann wir mit einem warmen Zimmer rechnen können, sagte uns der Rezeptionist, dass die Heizkörper erst ab circa 18:00 Uhr Abends angehen würden. Dies bedeutet also, wenn man aus dem Pool ins Zimmer geht, steht die Chance hoch, Krank wieder nach Hause zu fahren, was bei mir auch der Fall war. Weiters zu bemerken wäre, dass in unserem Doppelbettzimmer nur eine Steckdose vorhanden war (für 2 Personen??), ich und mein Partner wechselten uns somit mit dem Laden unserer elektronischen Geräte ab. Das einzig positive von unserem Kurzurlaub zu berichten: das angebotene Frühstück war sehr gut und es kann mit Sicherheit jedermanns Wünsche erfüllen.

Εξαιρετικά ακριβό γι’ αυτά που προσφέρει. Επιβάλλει επιπλέον χρέωση για τα μπουρνούζια που έχει στα δωμάτια και για τη χρήση της σάουνας. Πολύ μικρά δωμάτια και καθόλου άνετα. Το μόνο θετικό του ξενοδοχείου η πισίνα του.

Gorgeous view but overcharged, broken door &shower

The hotel fraudulently overcharged me, I have tried to contact them online but there is no email or form to do so. I was charged €18 tourist tax when I checked ot, but came home to find a €40.20 charge on my credit card, which I did NOT sign for. Watch out for this scam. We had a superior Tom edith mountain view which was stunning, but shower very small and went hot/cold constantly making it an unpleasant experience. Balcony door was broken and wouldn't close so we could smell next door smoking. Sauna wellness centre was not free/included in price of room which at this price I was very shocked by.

Good pool and location but not comfortable

I had 1 night stay with friends as they were staying here. The hotel is rundown and in need of refurbishment. I got a room that had low head clearance out to the balcony which also had a broken balcony door. The mattress was old, dipped and uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were friendly enough and did get a late check out but not very good with questions about transport to LJU. The housekeeping didn’t seem to realise on my check out morning that I was due to check out and opened my room door around 08:30. The pool area was very good and there was only myself and another person using the area at the time. Overall, I would visit the swimming pool but I wouldn’t stay here again and it was not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right at the bottom of the slopes and in the town centre. The cafes by the slopes and on the ground floor is great and low prices. Staff lovely

Can't fault this place for its location. The negative: rooms are little bit worn and the breakfast is lacklustre. The positive: excellent location, free parking, good service, large pool, Ski to door with good storage facilities. Fast wifi. Good bars. Overall recommended.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Kranjska Gora, a beatiful village! It's in the middle of the skiing area and you can ski in and out. We had a clean room with a bacony. The buffé is good value for money. Friendly staff.

Kisméretű szoba, az ajtók nem nyitódtak ill.csukódtak. Zuhanykabin nagyon szűk, meleg víz minden másnap. Az ágymatracok cserére érettek. A falakon minden hang áthallatszott. A reggeli választéka szegényes és egyhangú. A gyümölcslé bő vízzel hígitott. A személyzet udvarias volt. A wellnes részleg kíváló.

Great hotel at great location

Great hotel with a very spacious triple room. Very large pool with plenty of space for children to roam about. Located at walking distance to the centre of Kranjska Gora. Looking forward to visit again for a skiing holiday :)
