This villa was everything we could have hoped for. It was private, spotless, well maintained, centrally located, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The property is even more beautiful than the photos. The lush garden, filled with a variety of plants and trees, made our mornings a delight, especially with frequent visits from hummingbirds, butterflies, hermit crabs, lizards, and geckos at night.The snorkeling right off the pier was fantastic, and my husband is already planning our return trip next year. Beautiful Bonaire Ocean Front Property

This property on Bonaire was perfect for the diving we did while staying on Bonaire. Having direct access to the peaceful ocean, just off the private pier with a ladder that led directly into the water, was terrific and very convenient, especially for night dives. The home felt very safe, being located in a beautiful area and secured by a locked gate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook amazing meals, along with a barbecue located on the patio.The bed in the master bedroom and the twin beds in the guest bedroom were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. The patio table on the upper deck was perfect for meals, and the patio was ideal for setting up our dive equipment. The house features a shower and hose near the jacuzzi for rinsing off feet and large dive equipment. The nearby rinse tank is ideal for daily equipment rinsing. Due to the hot temperatures in July, I didn't think our group would use the jacuzzi at all, but we found it a wonderful place to relax after every night dive. Our group was mainly focused on getting as much underwater dive time as possible, so we didn't use the private sandy beach and hammock. However, if we had more time to spare, hanging out in this area would have been nice. As mentioned above, the private dock and direct access to the ocean made any dive at the location very easy, especially at night. The property management company QVilla and Marijn were excellent and made everything easy.

This rental was amazing. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. But the star of the show was the backyard oasis. The gardens were beautiful and drew hummingbirds and parrots. The private beach and the dock were just beautiful. We would wake up, eat breakfast on the back patio and gaze into the astonishing blue water. Then, down the steps we'd go, out onto the dock, down the ladder and snorkel. Once we got our fill of the beautiful underwater life, we'd climb back up the ladder, walk back to the beach, grab our books and read in the comfy lounge chairs. Snooze a bit. Then, back into the water and repeat. You really can stay at the house all day and feel pampered. The host was friendly, responsive, and professional. I really can't recommend this place highly enough...assuming what you are looking for is a private slice of paradise.

Peace and Tranquility

Fabulous!

Perfect place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach, dock access to fabulous snorkling and diving, outdoor shower and sink to wash up after water adventures, and a lovely palm tree filled garden and ocean view from the house. We will definitely stay here again hopefully soon!

The property was shaded and quaint. Just enough space. The beds were very comfortable. AC in both rooms. Our only issue was the landlord was there and we didn’t know until she popped her head around the corner. She had said she would not come while we were home. House reef was amazing. Octopus on way back from night dive was a real treat.

Anniversary Vacation

Our week in Bonaire staying at this house was wonderful. Karen greeted us and made us feel comfortable and welcomed! House was absolutely perfect! The view was gorgeous and never disappointed with the sunsets. Easy 5 min drive into town. Scuba diving off pier made our vacation! We will definitely be coming back to this special house on Bonaire!

An ocean front gem

A wonderful property with a small private beach and an amazing view. Karin, the propert manager is a great host and was extremely helpful. The villa had everything that we needed and the location is close to everything. The pier made getting in the water a breeze, and the snorkelling right in front of the villa is excellent.

Paradise Found

What a great property on an amazing dive site. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen nothing missing. From the patio to the water is where you will spend most of your time. The lush landscape to the amazing sandy beach front. The pier and ladder were perfect for easy water entry. Both Karin and Jerome were perfect from check in to check out.

After having to postpone our trip due to the arrival of COVID, we were thrilled to be able to stay at Jerome's beautiful house. Top locatie met privé strand

De woning is praktisch en compleet ingericht en voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het eigen strandje is ruim en een geweldige plek met voldoende zon en schaduwplekken van palmen. De snorkel en duiklocatie voor het strand en pier is geweldig geschikt daarvoor. Veel mooie tropische vissen gezien. Jerome Spruit is zeer gastvrij en wil het je echt naar de zin maken. Top verblijf gehad.

Mittelmäßig

Auf den ersten Blick, bzw. im Internet sieht die Unterkunft sehr schön aus. Vor Ort hat sich herausgestellt, dass viele Details unschön sind und ganz dringend verbessert werden sollten. Zum Beispiel der Strandkorb auf dem Steg ist sehr abgenutzt und nicht voll funktionsfähig. Beim Whirlpool hat sich die Temperatur nicht regeln lassen (war zu warm und konnte somit überhaupt nicht genutzt werden). Der Gasgrill ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (fällt fast um). Die Solarleuchten im Garten sind defekt. Generell macht die Anlage einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Schönes Haus in nahezu perfekter Lage

Das Oceanfront Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlagen leise und zuverlässig. Größtes Plus ist die direkte Oceanfront Lage mit eigenem Steg. Tauchgänge oder Schnorcheln direkt von der eigenen Leiter an einem wirklich sehr schönen Riff waren für uns traumhaft, auch wenn Bonaire natürlich viele weitere interessante Tauchplätze hat. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte unsererseits: Ab und zu hört man aus dem Schlafzimmer die hinter dem Haus verlaufende Straße,- allerdings ist diese vor allem nachts kaum befahren. Ferner sollte die Liegemöglichkeit (Daybed / Muschel) auf dem Steg beizeiten erneuert werden. Diese ist (vermutlich bedingt durch das Klima) langsam aber sicher am Ende der Nutzungsdauer. Dies sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten, prinzipiell würden wir sofort wieder das Haus buchen, Preis/Leistung ist unseres Erachtens im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten absolut stimmig wenn man Wert auf eigenen Meerzugang legt.
