The BRAND NEW stunning FourVillas N1 is very private, modern, extremely spacious with a PRIVATE sparking MAGNESIUM MINERAL POOL and a l fully gated private garden and parking area and DIVE RINSE TANK. The villa has two spacious suite style bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, additional kitchenette, open indoor-outdoor layout, super spacious patio with gorgeous sunsets and pool and garden views, stylish finishes and beautiful design!

Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed for optimal comfort a walk in closet area, master bathroom and TV

Second Bedroom: A spacious bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed for a restful sleep and additional dedicated work area with desk and a chair, large closets and TV

Living Room: A versatile area featuring a queen-size pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

There is a studio style pool house with kitchenette and a full bathroom including toilet and shower, providing a convenient spot for enjoying refreshing snacks while relaxing by the pool.

*NOTE. We take great pleasure in regularly updating and enhancing our property. This includes incorporating new decorations, throw pillows and blankets, furniture, and bedding, and refreshing the color scheme. Consequently, the current setup may not exactly match the images featured in the listing. However, we guarantee that all necessary amenities are provided to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

The property has its own private diving equipment rinse tank

Four Villa #1 is the one with the largest pool, and larges outdoor patio-garden area and plenty of room to play outside. It also has the additional studio pool house with a cooking area , fridge , toaster, microwave, tea-kettle, Webber barbecue, hammock ,lounge chairs, dining area and a full shower and toilet for refreshments, along with a seating area upfront. The pool -studio house is used to store your diving equipment. You also have your own dive rinse equipment tank for convenience as well as private gated parking on both sides of the Villa.

Please note:
Four Villas development was built in a very typical Bonairian style construction which its specifically constructed to only have hot water in the showers. This is due to the fact that the water in Bonaire is generally warm and this is a sustainable way to preserve energy and efficiency and water it’s not necessarily to be heated in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, therefore hot water is only available in the showers, excluding the studio pool house shower at Villa #1. Most of the typical Bonarian homes are built this way on purpose. Bonaire is known for being a very green and sustainable island and every little way to preserve is a step towards a more green living and brighter future for the beautiful island of Bonaire!

Perfect for a family with jong kids or teenagers

Check in went smooth and more than enough kitchenware, spacious fridge! WiFi inside the villa was very good (outside almost no connection).We just loved staying here.
