"Our room was on the north side of the building. The north side of the building is approximately 6 feet away from the local train tracks. You constantly hear an extremely loud train. I tried sleeping with ear plugs but the whole room shook when the train passed so it did not matter. This was something we heard every 30 minutes pretty much our entire stay. Next, the pillows were the worst I have ever seen. They were two inches thick and that is not an exaggeration. We went to the spa one day and the hot tub could not have been more than 80F. We keep our swimming pools warmer than their “hot tub”. Don’t book this place based on the spa pictures. "

"I am deeply disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Blu Wroclaw. For a 5-star property, the experience was sub-standard, and I will not be returning. ​Upon arrival, I was assigned an unrequested accessible room. When I questioned this, the front desk staff were dismissive, offering a "take it or leave it" attitude because the hotel was full. This set a very poor tone. The room itself suffered from obvious maintenance and quality control failures: the shower rail was loose and repeatedly fell off, the number '8' on the safe was broken (making it completely untrustworthy), and it lacked standard 5-star amenities like a shaving mirror. ​I chose not to raise these issues on-site because the initial check-in process was so laborious and unwelcoming. I had no desire to waste my personal time highlighting their deficiencies, nor did I want the intrusion of maintenance staff in my room to fix things that should have been checked before my arrival. ​Both check-in and check-out were tedious and slow. The entire experience left such a bad taste that I actively avoided using any hotel facilities. I didn't spend a penny in the hotel, choosing instead to get up and leave first thing every morning to spend my time and money in Wrocław. A 5-star hotel should not rely on its guests to act as maintenance inspectors. Far from a luxury experience."

"Great location Clean basic room (pan stains due to a on going overflow problem,staff friendly and professional and very helpful big shout out to front desk staff (Thanks for the help with mobile phone problems).Would I stay again 100%."
