「Really simple no issues」

「Check in was not good. Hotel had no luggage racks to help get in luggage when checking in. Asked about one and they said "well there were 2 here awhile ago but lots of people checking in." Imagine that, on a Friday at 7pm! Crazy that they don't have more luggage wheeled racks to help for that size of a hotel. Also, one of the elevators was broken so took forever to get on one.」

「A day before our arrival I called the hotel asking about early check-in. I explained we were coming to Green Bay for a 2 PM wedding. I spoke with Bailey, who assured me an early check-in would not be a problem at all and she would make a note of it on our reservation. Bailey was super friendly and happy to help is out. We checked in at 1 PM, 2 hours before regular check-in time. Bailey was at the front desk when we arrived and her demeanor was just as friendly and helpful as it was on the phone....

「Clean and quiet!」

「Great for the price.」

「I think the windows should be better protected so the other rooms cannot look into your room. It is easy to achieve with a folio on the window. The room cannot be blacked out. Also this can be easily achieved.」

「It’s in a good position in Downtown. The staff are really friendly and helpful!」
