Didn’t receive any of the Expedia benefits on this stay, or the previous one (wine or upgrade) Hotel is good and friendly staff. Convenient for the city and ICE Krakow which is next door. Staying again next year.

It was close to the Wawel castle. A little too far to walk to the old town where all the historical buildings are. Breakfast buffet was too expensive.

Comfortable stay in a quiet location

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.
