This budget option was perfect for our needs. This was a very simple and dated room but extremely clean and kind staff. The price couldn’t be beat. Would absolutely use again for a budget place to sleep. The only place in Poland we stayed with easy parking.

Our room smelled gross, the bathroom had a gut-wrenching stench, no air conditioning, couldn’t open the windows, internet is a crap, the beds were as hard as rocksss!!!

OK for one night stay

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we thought it was near Krakow Airport for our flight home. It was not that near, about 7km from the airport. The hotel as the name suggests, is a budget hotel and as budget hotel goes it was ok, room a little small but with small washroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. Cups, spoons in room but kettles for occupants use just off the reception area. OK for what we wanted; i.e. a bed for the night but I won't recommend for a longer stay. Can't comment on the surrounding area as we didn't venture out, although it didn't appear there was much near by.

Dishonest listing

Guests beware. The hotel claimed to have various food options available for guests, however on arrival they had nothing except breakfast, not even a coffee. Despite being dishonest on the listing the hotel refused a refund when I left immediately due to the lack of facilities. Not only that, but the room didn't have a bed, just a sofa with sheets and a cushion (no pillow). Hotels.com has since amended the listing but have been useless in getting a refund, saying that it's up to the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

hotel da migliorare

Hotel situato a pochi km da Cracovia, unica nota positiva e la tranquillità del posto. Passato 3 notti , mai rifatto la stanza, ne letti ne asciugamani, letti singoli, ma sicuramente sono divani adattati scomodissimi e durissimi. L'albergo esternamente è abbastanza fatiscente e pure dentro non scherza. Tranquillita della camera solo se non avete vicini, pareti della camera di cartongesso finissime.

Insanlar düşük bütçeli otel arayip 5* konfor bekliyor. Fiyatına göre herşey güzeldi, oda temizdi ve kettle ile sıcak su imkanı gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon her zaman yardımcı oldu. Tek problem akşam 18.00 den itibaren internet yok, çalışmıyor...gündüz internet var. Yürüme mesafesi için çok olumsuzluk yazmışlar, gitmeden tereddüt etmiştim ama 7-8 dakikada otobüse ulasiyorsun ve şehire inmek için çok sık otobüs var. Merkeze 15 dakika..bu fiyata gerçekten olanaklar iyi..

Really nice hotel for a night before flying out of KRK. Tucked in residential area berween downtown and airport. Quiet with plenty of free parking. Very friendly staff at check in. Reception closed overnight but easy to get in and out after hours (however make sure to check in before they close). No elevator. Comfy, cozy, just what we needed before long day of international travel. Thank you!

Stealing money during war.

It was ok. Breakfast fine. Room looked very old. Sharp edges on shower head. But what was awful was the triple pricing of the room when a few Ukrainan refugees came to room. Some help, these are taking the opportunity to earn money on the war. So, that's what they asked extra at checkout. That is kind of enough reason for me to never visit this hotel again.
