Functional

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The phone number they give is an automated robot, but they reply to emails within minutes, which was helpful. There were no hair towels (necessary when you have long thick hair!), no milk for the tea/coffee, they didn’t come and clean. The front door to the block slams shut and the halls and stairs are noisy. If you are just in the room to sleep but up early and out till late - it’s comfortable.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Never stay here! They stole me!! They charge me, and never gave me the code to enter the room!!! They never answer! And beside that, they dont want to refund me nothing!!! This, anywhere in the world is called: STEAL!! So they are thieves… And the plataform, Expedia, didnt do anything neither!!!! Iré a shame!!!
