Don’t expect to get what you see in the pictures. Looks very fancy going by them, but it’s not. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Road works on our side of the building whole time we was there so a 7:30 wake up call every day by shouting, hammering, drilling etc etc

I feel a little conflicted writing this but overall it was a good experience. The part of the building that the Angel apartment is in, once you enter it is very clean and bright as was our room and we had a balcony which was really lovely. It’s relatively modern in an old building which leads me onto the noise!!!! If you’re particularly noise sensitive you may struggle with the creaking of the constant opening and closing of the front door to the actual building which was below our room. People come and go all throughout the night and I found it hard to ignore. The street was also very busy and there was a lot of activity from people and the trams which run frequently. Our room was very lovely but odd in that the way the bathroom is fitted into it. The pipes and the cistern drip and make a good amount of working noise when is use and when it’s literally in your room with just a sliding door between you and it was a little off putting. It’s hard for me to describe but it’s not like a normal en suite. Fine if you’re a couple or family but a little off putting if you’re not comfortable with just frosted glass and gaps between you and whoever you’re sharing the room with. You can kinda hear everyone’s …er….everything when they need to use the loo. Fine if you’re not bothered by it! I only saw a staff member on the day we checked out but she was very pleasant. It’s a good location to get to and from everywhere and local amenities that were easy to find in its premise. ☺️

Like a cell

We stayed in room 4 which is located on the third floor. There is no lift to it. Very cramped and with no air conditioning (temperature in the 30’s) during our stay. The room was clean but more like a cell in size

Huone oli siisti, mutta kylpyhuoneen viemäri haisi. Huomautin asiasta vastaanottoon ja virkailija menl laittamaan jotain ainetta viemäriin, mikä lievensi hajua. Rakennus on vanha ja pinnat ovat kovia, joten kovat äänet kaikuvat ja kantautuvat sisään huoneisiin. Perjantai-iltana oli vaikea saada unta melun takia. Muuten hotelli oli sitä tasoa, mitä hinnan perusteella saattoi odottaa.

Det positive er beliggenheten. Inngangen er mørk og lite innbydende. Trappene opp er svært gamle og fremstår skitne. Hyggelige ansatte. Fellesarealer ok. Rommene små. Ingen aircondition, så her kan det bli varmt. Støy i gaten. God seng, flott bad, men selve rommet var svært lite. Anbefaler ikke å kjøpe frokosten her. Den kom i bokser som tydelig hadde stått i varmen lenge. Kjøp deg heller mat på en av de mer eller mindre døgnåpne dagligvarebutikkene og legg i kjøleskapet. Billigere og bedre.

Buona vacanza

Buone le camere ben arredate e cinfortevoli buona la pulizia anche dei servizi, lasciava onvece a desiderare la pulizia nei luoghi comuni, cucina etc.. La spazzatura è rimasta per due giorni senza che nessuno la ritirasse. Il pagamento seppure promesdo in euro è stato preteso in Sloty o carta, ciò ha creato disagi. Il portone d'ingresso è fatiscente.

Hotel z zewnątrz nie sprawia dobrego wrażenia. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Zaletą jest bliskość Starego Miasta i Wawelu. W pokoju czysto, dopóki nie zajrzy się pod łóżko. Łóżko miało być podwójne, w rzeczywistości są to dwa pojedyncze spięte w nogach, w głowie kółka, które powodowały że łóżka rozjeżdżały się. Z sanitariatów unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach, można sobie z nim poradzić puszczając duże ilości wody lub włączając wentylator. Dodatkowo kupiłam odświeżacz powietrza. Śniadanie za kwotę 25 zł niezbyt urozmaicone, nieadekwatne do kwoty. Brak miejsc postojowych, parkowanie w strefie płatnej.

Perfect location but a disappointing room

Great location just a few minutes walk from Old Town and Kazimierz. To reach the reception you have to walk up a few sets of stairs, no elevator is available.The staff was friendly and the reception area was quite nice. The room however didn't live up to our expectations. There was no fridge so we had no way of storing our water/beverages. The towels and linen smelled very strongly of perfumed softener, not suitable if you (like me) are sensitive to perfumes or have allergies. The TV was extremely small and the STB was a bit tricky to turn on. The double bed had two single-bed mattresses so unless you kept to your side you ended up inbetween them. The Wi-Fi was unreachable from our room on the second floor, we had to walk back into the stairway to have any coverage. The room felt a bit shabby with cheap materials and cracks in the bathroom floor. The bathroom lamp button also turned on the fan which was annoying. All-in-all I expected this to be a fully functioning apartment hotel, not a room without any fridge or cooking options.

The property was advertised as 2 bedrooms with options for sleeping sofa. When i arrived, it was one bedroom with fold out sofa. I was expecting 2 bedrooms as that is what i paid for. I requested partial money back, but management refused. I was disappointed as i felt the room was falsely advertised.
