プールを囲んだ、ちょっと高級マンションのようなホテル。素敵で落ち着いていて、私の宿泊したお部屋は長期滞在もできそうな、キッチンも食器もあって、お部屋は清潔だったし快適でした。 ただ、廊下やエレベータが少々古臭い。リゾート気分ががっかりしてしまう瞬間でした。朝食ももう少し種類やバリエーションを増やしてくれると嬉しいです。

下水ドブの臭いがあふれる最低のホテル
ツーリストトラップとは、このようなホテルのことを言うのかと実体験しました。 １日目の夜、バスタブの浴槽からお湯が抜けずフロントに電話すると、男性スタッフが夜中にも関わらず４～５人ほど入れ替わりで来て、３０分ほど悪戦苦闘するも結局治らず。。。部屋を変えてくれといっても、私にはその権限がないの一点ばり。 翌日、フロントに言って、昨日の故障の件はどうなった？と聞いても答えられず、情報が共有化していなかった模様。さらに、部屋を変えてくれと言っても、もう一度スタッフにみさせて、直らなければ、部屋を変えるととのこと。１時間ほどスタッフが工事をして直った、と言って帰るも、その日の夜にはまたお湯が抜けず・・・。さすがにこれ以上言っても話にならないとあきらめました。 ビーチ目の前と謳っていますが、生ごみの臭い溢れる汚い道路を横切ってビーチにいかなければならず、ＨＰに掲載されているようなきれいなビーチではありません。 夜中、クーラーを入れていると下水のドブの臭いがしました。 投資案件向けホテルということで、一般客は顧客としていないのでしょう。 この投稿をこの最低のホテルを予約する前に見て、他のホテルを選ぶことを強く薦めます。

Wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service war top. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen. Der private Pool lohnt sich auf jeden Fall sehr, wunderschön um Abends mit der Familie noch zusammenzusitzen und zu trinken.

I have mixed feelings about this property. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property itself is in need of a major cash infusion to do necessary repairs to the exteriors of the buildings. I think covid hit this property hard. There was an obvious broken pipe in my building as water was leaking from random places all the time which may have contributed to the sewer smell that came from the kitchen sink. I really hope the property managers can figure things out because it would be a shame to see this once lovely property go to ruin.

Stunning Ocean Sunset View
Overall i would recommend this place as our room (1401 a block) somehow feels like it was the best one out of the other rooms in that resort. We had the pool by the ocean and what a view it was seeing the sunset at night and chilling by the pool in the dark as it has balcony lights. Pool size was reasonable to swim back and forth. Enough for 3 people comfortably. Room we had was 3 bedrooms so 6 people can stay.. fridge, hob, microwave so can cook. Air conditioning in every room and a bonus is that you can leave it on whilst we was out for the day so nice and chilled when we are back in. Resort had their own pool but we never got round to it as we had our own. Room is clean and spacious with 2 of the rooms having own doors to go out to the pool. Only thing is that if you wanted room to be cleaned then you have to leave the key at the front desk. Car park is free (car is a must to explore that place) Breakfast could be a lot better i feel for being a 4 star as just feels somewhat skimpy in certain things. Having said that i would go back for that room again

Gammelt slidt hotel. Var der for 1 år siden og der er ikke sket forbedringer . Store rum med masse af plads for farmile med børn. Personale er flinke men forstår ikke engelsk. Siger bare ja ja og så sker der ingenting . Der sker ikke meget efter 21.00 I byen. Dejlig strand med fornuftige priser på mad

A nice quiet place with a beautiful pool area. We had a roof to pool room, which was very nice. The little beach close by is good, a bit rocky, but lots of excellent beach bars and restaurants with high quality food and drinks. Don´t go here for nightlife. Go to Ao Nang then.

Nice resort
Nice resort, but it is NOT on the beach as it looks like on the pictures on Hotels.com, you have to cross a road. The apartement we stayed in was lovely and big, but the bed was really hard, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. We had a nice pool view, and a big balcony. The pool is big and very nice, but there are very few sun bed's around the pool. The location is great (ecxept that you have to cross the road to come to the beach) It is close to many lovely beach restaurants. Khlong Muang is a nice area to stay in with a lovely beach. The breakfast was ok, not more than that. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there were a few things that could be improved. The christmas flowers was cleared away on the floor where the breakfast buffet was. When the juice was empty at breakfast it took to long before they refilled it. The same problem was it with the food, plates, beach towels and towels in the gym. The staff should have been more attentive to avoid this. Sometimes it could look like they were understaffed. But we had a nice stay in this hotel.

Hotell med god beliggenhet.
Hotelloppholdet startet litt dårlig fordi vi hadde bestilt henting på flyplassen og denne kom ikke. Men ansatte på flyplassen oppfattet fort situasjonen og ringte til hotellet og fikk beskjed at transporten skulle være der om fem minutter. Men like etter kom det kontrabeskjed om at det hadde oppstått en misforståelse slik at det ikke kom noen bil. Men de ansatte på flyplassen skaffet oss raskt en taxi som fraktet oss til hotellet og var 400 bath rimeligere. Vi ble veldig godt mottatt i resepsjonen og damen beklaget veldig at det var blitt en misforståelse. Da vi fikk rommet ble vi skuffet. Vi hadde bestilt Deluxe One Bedroom Pool Suite, og de eneste bildene vi hadde sett av denne romtypen var var bildene med beliggenhet på taket med flott utsikt og sofa. Men vårt rom lå på bakkenivå med utsikt rett inn i en hekk. Men leiligheten oppfylte det som var lovet i beskrivelsen, så vi hadde ingenting å klage over. Beliggenheten var veldig bra, og det tok tre minutter å gå ned på stranden. På stranden fantes det små, koselige restauranter på rekke og rad. Den var ikke noe fin å bade fra ved lavvann, men kjempefin ved høyvann. Dager og kvelder ble tilbrakt på stranden, så vi har ikke så mye mer å fortelle om hotellet. Transport videre fikk vi ordnet med taxi som stod like utenfor hotellet. Dette fungerte veldig bra.

Bad smell of sewage
Our one bedroom suite on the ground floor was infested with a foul stench of sewage day and night, especially in our bedroom. Just outside our terrace, there was an intermistic arrangement that looked like sewage drainage where tiles were removed, so the smell was very intense and annoying.

Vi tog taxi från flygplatsen ca 40 min (700 Bath) och anlände till hotellet redan vid 08 och fick ett trevligt mottagande och en smidig incheckning. Personalen ordnade så att vi kude få lägenheten tidigare än utsatt tid. Vi bodde i en mycket rymlig och fräsh lägenhet högst upp 4de våningen med 2 sovrum och pool på den rymliga balkongen. Frukosten var bra och riklig med färsk frukt, flera urval av äggrätter som gjordes å la minut och en hel del varma lokala rätter. Området är lugnt och hotellet ligger nära trand med flera restauranger och massageställen. Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen.

Overpriced and run down
To summarize first. Then you can read on if you like Avid and experienced traveler, many times Thailand visitor, first and last visit to this hotel. (Seriously, I will never visit this hotel again. Ever) Bad service Overpriced (this is actually my biggest grievance) Run down (do NOT believe the pics on their web page) Poorly maintained (I saw absolutely no maintenance work being done either) Big pool, but few places to sit or lay down Grayish pool water (not sure how dirty it actually was, I deemed it swimable) Dirty sun beds Very poor breakfast, especially at this price point. All over dirty restaurant. Very nice rooms. Spacious and clean Nice view, noisy street just below the room. Very good house keeping Nice gym Close proximity to the beach.. but with a dangerous road between the hotel and the beach. (Kids cannot go on their own) Nice quiet area in general (except for the noisy road that is) Nice quiet beach (with absolutely no sun beds. Yes. None) Area is predominantly Muslim so expect your daily 5 am (-ish) wake up call from the minaret. (Didn’t actually bother us that much, but this may vary with the way your room is pointing I guess)

The Pelican er noget mere slidt end billederne antyder. Der er ikke ret meget thailandsk charme over stedet. Ud over det, er det et ok hotel. Værelserne er store og velholdte og den nærliggende Klong Muang strand er virkelig hyggelig, særligt om aftenen.

Our cleaners left dirty dishes outside our room for 3 days on the floor. There were cracks all through the building, the staff were quite unhelpful and did not honor our inclusions on the Expedia voucher.

Die Unterkunft war für uns einfach perfekt. Das Hotel liegt quasi direkt am Strand. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Wir hatten ein drei-Zimmer Appartement mit 5 Leuten. Insgesamt hätten 6 Leute reingepasst. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß gewesen, außer eins. Dieses Zimmer hatte allerdings auch gar kein Tageslicht. Wir empfanden dies aber nicht so schlimm, weil wir uns hauptsächlich zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten haben. Man bekam Handtücher für Strand und Pool. Das Frühstück war auch ok, wenn man früh genug an war, gab es viel Auswahl. Da die Leute in Thailand sehr gemütlich sind (empfanden wir zumindest so :) ), wurde nicht so sehr darauf geachtet, dass die Sachen schnell aufgefüllt wurden, man wurde trotzdem satt.

첫인상과 시설은 좋으나 관리가 안됩니다. 풀장은 더러웠고 3층 숙소는 냄새와 벌레가 많아서 둘째날은 방은 바꿨습니다. 전반적으로 관리가 안돼고 있습니다.

Great hotel!
This hotel was great! We had the two bedroom pool suite. The hotel is in the middle of renovating, but it was not noticable. Only downside with the hotelroom was the waterfall that was really noisy. Klong muang is a very quiet and nice town with two streets full of resturants and shops. You should be aware that there is no hot water from 15-17pm, and taxi to ao nang is 500bath-20 min. We really enjoy staying here because it was away from the hussle, right on the beach with big rooms, and having the private pool made this week over the top!

Not up to par with the typically great service provided in thailand. Cleaning of the room left plenty to be desired and front desk could have been more helpful ..... or acted like they cared more, e.g. the power was out and although that can certainly happen and is well out of their control, barely a “sorry for the inconvenience” or any such comment when we inquired as to how long they anticipated it might be down for ...... won’t stay at this particular hotel again.

Vi havde egen pool og det var heldigt, da pumpen i fællespoolen var i stykker. Dejlig lejlighed og hyggeligt nærområde med restauranter direkte på stranden.

Good Location
Very good location, close to several nice restaurants, small shops, beach, taxi etc. Hotel overall a bit worn out and specially the pool area & pool was not very good.
