Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Clean and spacious for Hong Kong context. During check in, Mr Frankie Wong was really warm and welcoming. Made us feel right at home.
The room was right beside the lift and i was a little dismayed as i anticipated the "di di di" noise. But surprisingly, the sound proof is really well done! It was really good. Location wise, it slightly out of the place, and seems to be right smack in an industrial area with metal works and car workshops.
