Great staff and location within steps from the subway station, 7-11 convenience store and multiple restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful. I had an unfortunate situation in which my passport was stolen on the way to the hotel. The owner was able to assist me and even walked me to the police station and bought me dinner after wards. Very kind and helpful people which helped me out a lot when I was in a foreign city. I really appreciate their help and kindness. This made a world of difference in my trip and extended two more nights. Staff is easily accessible in person or via WhatsApp.

Felt safe and was good for the price. Only a block away from Mong Kok MTR station, so it’s good if you need a place that feels fairly central and connected. Staff was friendly!

Brilliant for the money.

Friendly Staff and Owner. If you are looking for no frills, good value accommodation in HK then this is good. Airport bus stops right outside. Mongkok MTR a five minute walk. My room was right by reception desk so could be noisy at times but after full days exploring HK I was too tired to be bothered. I would definitely stay again.

The room is really small but is clean n neat. The toilet is clean n functioning well.. Me n my husband just need a few hours of transit hotel before we proceed to the rest of our journey. Place location is also very good. A lot of eateries n convenience stores.

cost of low price

the check-in process was not easy, because the front door was locked at 21:00, there was no one at the reception desk, and the manager over the phone did not give me clear advice about how to get into the property. quite a small room, with almost no space to open my suitcase. also, the bathroom, which was also small, had terrible smell. on the second day, the cleaning staff stopped the ventilation fun during the daytime and the room had terrible smell when I got back to the hotel in the night. all these bad factors could be considered to be the price of low price. the hotel is located at a pretty convenient place (near Mong Kok station and Price Edward station), but still offers quite low price.

4年ぶりに宿泊しました 昔ながらの食堂やお店が周囲に沢山あって 散策するのに便利です 一階にローカル食堂がある 複合ビルの9階です 夜遅くの到着でしたが、 にこやかに対応して頂きました 以前誰かの書き込みでタオルが古いということが書かれてありましたが、清潔な白いバスタオルが置かれていました 施設の老朽化は仕方ないですが、家族経営の安心して泊まれる宿です 亀ゼリー海天堂はすぐ近く

写真と実際の部屋の調度品が違う

写真に偽り有です。予約したルームに冷凍庫があった為、予約しました。しかし、現地へ到着すると冷凍庫はありませんでした。結果的に冷凍庫付きの部屋へ変えてくれて、事なきを得ました。もっと詳細にデータ(部屋毎に写真を付けるようにする)の表示が必要です。また、建物入り口など詳細にした方が良いと思います。 スタッフは本当に良い方でした。口コミのとおりでした。
