The location is super convenient with multiple types of transportation right next to the location. And it is surrounded by a numerous superb local restaurants. Bathroom is super tiny but you can poop while brushing teeth and taking shower altogether. But with such price and convenience it’s still worth it overall.

Basically, a good example of "you get what you pay for." It's very cheap, and it's got a really good location, but the rooms are a shoebox. If you don't mind staying in a shoebox, go for it. Staff are generally kind and helpful, but don't expect the sort of services you're getting at a five-star hotel. Overall, good place, I've stayed here regularly.

Stayed there for couple of nights. 50 mins away from the airport. Good location. Room’s Tiny but it’s clean and price is reasonable too. Staffs are accommodating - even though I checked out at noon but the staffs kindly kept my luggage till late evening so i didn’t have to carry them around. Overall good experience!

Basics at a Luxury Price

The hotel was clean & has the basics covered. Unfortunately the room prices are so expensive that you could get a five star hotel in other cities. At least they provide free luggage storage.

Stayed here for 9 days.Check in was a 5 star for me,in a sense that the lady at the front desk was so nice to checked me in and my family, 3 hours earlier than check in time.Room and bathroom were too small but acceptable.Downside,the noise coming from the other rooms was terrible!Felt like walls and ceiling was made from paper.Couldn't get a good rest after a full day being out.On the the upside,the location of the hotel is excellent with all amenities within walking distance(mtr,bus stop,restaurants).

Very convenient location next to MTR station, facilities look a bit dated and the rooms are very small, there might be a lot of noise for the street-facing room

The hotel is in a great location on Nathan Rd steps away from the subway station with lots of food and shopping in the area. My one complaint was that I booked the room for 2 people and asked for 2 keys but they refused to provide 2 keys lying by saying they don't have enough keys.

Great location.

The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores.

Nice and friendly staff Convenient location But poor sound insulation Main customers are from mainland who always talk loudly in the corridor , lift and also make noises till midnight. The lift is quite small so take long time waiting for the lift. If you don’t mind the noise , then this is a good choice.

Great hotel for the price considering it’s location for just about anything you want to do in the city and good staff. There are better lodgings close by but at more than double the price and less convenient spot. It is on the noisy side due to it being in a high traffic spot close to transportation and big number of noisy guests

Hotel is in the location between the Star Ferry and ladies market, 5 mins walk from YMT MTR station and just behind the Temple Street, also 10 mins will have the bus direct to airport. seven-eleven is by the conner which not need to worry anything with location. Room is small with enough size and got everything you need. Nice people in there as well. Very fit for Solo travel.

The housekeeper lady was pretty friendly. Others nah… especially the one on the ground floor (security?). The room is ok, pretty decent for one person only during layover. At least, I have a view to water. I’m not sure if it’s the part of the harbor but helped reducing my anxiety toward the small space.
