"This was 3 nights out of a 3 week trip and was both a highlight and a respite from the exhaustion of traveling. The drive from Heraklion was beautiful, though the hills and narrow roads can be nerve wracking at times. Well worth it to arrive at this peaceful and very family friendly community of international guests and local, welcoming hosts.
