広いお部屋

とても広いお部屋で、一人旅ではなく、ファミリーや友達一緒なら、もっと活用できただろうなと思った。キッチンや洗濯機もあるので、長期滞在時にまた利用したい。

副数人での中長期滞在向けのアパートメント

年末年始に3名で利用しました。通常のホテルでは3名利用できる部屋が少なく、アパートメントを利用しました。 3ベッドルームに各室2ベッドで6名まで利用可能です。周辺のロケーションもよく、目の前にコンビニもあります。シャワーのお湯がぬるかったり、清掃が行き届いていないなどのマイナス点もありますが、料金を考えれば3名以上の中長期での利用にはお勧めできるホテルです。

Suitable for family of 8

House was clean. Furniture are a bit old but useable. For muslim, please samak first the cooking utensils n cookware since it's a chinese owner unit. Overall we had a nice stay. It's the closest to pasar filipin n a new mall just built in front of the apartment. Very accessible to almost anywhere by walking.

가격대비 성능이 탁월하다. 특히 4인이상 가족단위 여행객이나 일주일 이상 장기여행자에게는 너무나 소중한 숙소이다. 체크인은 비행기 연착으로 숙소에 새벽 세시경에 도착해도 택시가 서는 곳에 기다렸다가 숙소 안내를 해주는 사람이 있었다. 연락이 오지 않는다고 불안해하지 않아도 된다.

not enough to stay 1 night

There is an apartment-condominium and no front desk. You should contact the cell phone no. to take key at the condo management. The building is really old and you can see the tenancies. The elevator is small. But the inside is amazing. There was penthouse and 2 stories in the condo. 5 rooms and 3 baths. There has towel on each bed as well but no amenities or washing tools. The Kitchen was big and I loved dinning table. The staff was really kind and friendly and it was helpful. it was most comfortable staying, i wanna stay minimum 2 nights in there. you can find the big shopping mall across street but there has nothing to shop in the mall. plz be aware NO HOT WATER. Tips, plz take uber or grab car instead of cab. 아파트 콘도라 거주자랑 같은 층을 쓸수도 있습니다. 겉은 많이 낡았구요 별도 프론트 데스크가 없어 예약 후 예약확인증에 적혀있는 전화번호로 요청하셔야 합니다. 엘리베이트가 좁습니다. 다만 펜트하우스로 들어가면 복층구조로 5개의 객실과 3개의 화장실로 되어있습니다. 주방과 식탁이 넓구요 거실도 1층 2층에 케이블 티비가 설치되어 있습니다. 각 침대마다 수건이 비치되어 있지만 별도 세면도구는 없습니다. 뜨거운 물이 안나와요. 나와서 길건너편에 워터프론트 쇼핑몰이 있는데 별로 쇼핑할건없습니다. 다만 오른쪽으로 걸어가시면 와리산 쇼핑센터가 있어서 불편함은 없습니다. 1박이 많이 아쉬울 정도로 투숙하기 좋았던 곳입니다.

It was a nice place to stay for family. or a group of friends. the host is very helpful and friendly. location is good. just opposite KK Waterfront. Walking distance (5-10mins) to night market, restaurants, seafoods was good.

Agreat place to stay.

A great place to stay and recommended for those with family. However, there is 1 improvement to suggest, those families with 2 vechicles should not be charged with parking fee for the extra 1 car park. Will definitely stay there again on next visit and recommended for those traveling with family.

여행전 숙박지 선정에 많은 고민을 했었는데요, 막상 현지에 가보니 숙박시설이 참 맘에 들었습니다. 시설이 좀 낡긴 했지만 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고 특히 아파트가 도시 중심지에 위치하고 있어서 여행하기가 넘 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 훌륭한 시설이었습니다. 감사합니다....

Thankyou Jack for arranging pickup from the airport! It was a relief not to have that extra stress when arriving in a new country Great location in KK. Perfect for our family with four children - 3 bedrooms, queen bed plus four single beds. Loved the pool! Clean apartment, comfortable beds (except for the pillows - too hard and thick) The maps were very useful. Although Jack wasn't available, his friend was friendly and helpful

Lidt mærkelig indtjekning. Mødte en fyr der gav os en nøgle, det var det. Så ingen hotel service eller hjælp i forhold til info om området mm. Lejligheden var ren og der var rene håndklæder hver dag. Lejligheden var stor og ok, men ikke høj standard. Lå godt placeret i forhold til shopping og kort afstand til havnen, som er ideelt hvis man vil besøge de smukke øer. Der er vaskemaskine som vi brugte flittigt.

Overall was a pleasant stay and family enjoyed it. Major issue was the parking, It was hard to find the exit. There were ants in the bathroom sink. Receptionist and staff were courteous. My sister wanted to check out later but were told to check out early.

STAY AWAY!!!

The photos online are NOTHING like the apartment we stayed in. Wallpaper was ripped/falling off/sections missing in most rooms, stains on sheets, rock hard pillows, sliding door did not lock, light shades missing, disgusting bathroom - floor got flooded every shower, thin smelly towels - DISGUSTING APARTMENT.

We had a pleasant stay, even though it's only for a night. Mr Jack and his guys were accommodating and helpful. The unit is very spacious and complete with basic amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in KK.

這酒店是私人住宅公寓，所以你想有酒店式服務一定未能達到你的要求，公寓內的保養真的欠佳，整潔度亦欠佳，所謂的免費Wi-Fi等於沒有一樣，十之八九都上唔到，真的很差。但我是家庭型式的旅遊，有洗衣機及泊車車位，真的好好。而且有游泳池境，都非常好的。其實這個公寓很適合一家大小有老有少以及一大班朋友選擇的公寓，只是是否選擇到好的單位而己。

A little dated, but great location.

The room was good, but the pictures (and the room) seem to be a bit outdated. The view of the waterfront is currently obstructed by a mall across the street. We moved the beds around a bit to accommodate our group, and it looked like they had not moved or cleaned under the beds for a while. Overall, it was a really good deal for our group, and the location is great for a short stay in KK.
