At price, it worth staying

Location is good with shopping centre nearby with just a walking distance. There a lot of eateries around. As for the room, there is a tv but only 2 channel to view. Front desk staff are kind and very helpful

location is good but not the hotel condition

Hotel location is good n convenient. many stalls along the street. there's one famous nasi ayam kukus nearby but very long queue. the receptionist is very friendly n too bad forgotten to mark her name. the rest of the staff so so ... no smiling face n no greeting at all. housekeeping service is very poor too. hotel condition is old n it would rate better / attract more guests if they can improve & re touch~up the hotel.

Unpleasant experience

The door of the room can’t open. I call the receptionist and promised to come up to solve it. Waited for more than ten minutes, no come up. Go down to the reception counter and a man follow me to solve it It should not happen this way

Good location but room lack of view

Good location, at a quiet corner but within walking distance to shopping and eateries. Room was small and had no view. My window was facing another room's window. Breakfast lacks variety.

Winziges Zimmer

Als wir ankamen, wurde uns erklärt daß es immer wieder zu Stromausfällen kommen wird! Das hielt die meisten Gäste davon ab überhaupt einzuchecken! Zimmer sind winzig und abgewohnt. Preis für das Gebotene viel zu hoch. Früstück war auch aus Mangel an Gästen völlig unzureichend.

Never Again.

I paid extra to get deluxe room but given a room without window. I believe they purposely choose the room for online customer.The hotel location is at secluded area and you don't feel safe to walk arround especially if you are alone.

Positives: Location is good...in Chinatown itself with loads of food everywhere. Friendly staff. Negatives: Hotel needs a huge revamp. The condition of the room I stayed is worn & old. not worth the money. Small vs other hotels I stayed before within tht price range. Slow wifi. Old box TV...not even flat screen. Moldy toilet tiles. Even the chrome on the shower severely corroded. Unless they do a major upkeep of the hotel, I can safely say I will not stay here again.
