「Quite a nice place to stay in Tokyo, especially for a big group! 」

「It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.」

「Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! 」

「Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.」

「家族4人で2泊お世話になりました。 広々していて、周りは静かで、自宅のようにくつろぐ事ができました。 また、コンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアが隣接しておりちょっとした買い出しにも便利でした。 途中、オーナーさんとなかなか連絡が取れず、そこだけマイナス1としておきます（実際お会いしたら、良い方でした）。 小さいお子さん連れで連泊する方には、おすすめです！」

「We had a group of 6 stay here comfortably. The location is just 10 minutes away from a station and the walk down Flower St was always a pleasure. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a great time to walk around.」

「Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Man trifft die Vermieter nicht, aber Check in hat problemlos funktioniert. Man erhält bei Buchung ein umfangreiches Manual zur Fewo und Umgebung (auch auf Englisch), das war sehr hilfreich.」

「it is an ideal accommodation for a big family. We were a gathering of four families with eight adults and three children. But each family was able to secure a bedroom and the living dining room was very spacious and comfortable. there are two things to note. It depends on the number of people, but two years old and older are charged as adults and the barbecue time is until 8 o’clock. The neighbors is very close so don’t make a noise on the balcony.」

「Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? That would have been way too many people sharing a single place. 2) not a single bed can handle two people. 3) kitchen is too small to actually cook but good enough to make coffee or tea in the morning. 4) very easy access to subway system. 5) several stores or places to eat, get coffee, etc within a 2 minute walk. 6) Very...

「Den7 is convieniently close to the train station. It has plenty of sleeping space and a great location to serve as a home base as you explore Tokyo!」

「Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable.」

「The long seating countertop was unique in the beginning but as our stay was 6 nights, the inconvenience began to set in after the 1st day. Also the room on the ground floor would be better served if changed into a living room with sofa, TV and dinning table. 」

「今回３泊4日の日程でお世話になりました。（家族4人） スタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧で分からない事は優しく説明してくださり感謝しかありません。セキュリティも完璧でしたね。施設も綺麗で良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。 ただ一つ残念な点は、朝食が3日間同じだった事です。さすがに飽きますね。 あと、しゃもじが炊飯器の中に入れてあることが謎でした。普通はフライ返しやお玉、スプーンや箸が入れてある所に置くべきですね。 しゃもじが無いと思ってスプーンでご飯をよそいました。 出発の日、たまたま炊飯器を開けてみたらしゃもじが、、、。もっと早く炊飯器の中を開ければ良かったです。 でも、それを除けば最高でした。バスタオル等も最初から３日分用意してあって嬉しかった。洗濯洗剤もあって良かった！ また是非利用させて頂きます。 今回はありがとうございました。」
