They were probably the most helpful hotel staff we experienced in Japan, and we enjoyed talking with them. We tried the breakfast in the cafe one day and it was good. "Great location and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station and right beside a lively local shopping street with a wide variety of restaurants and dining options. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very useful. The location provides easy access to many of the major tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel's location and convenience. Friendly staff, and love the mini drink bar and resting area at the reception."
