「Dark and dingy breakfast area, smelt mouldy and needed light. Open the doors windows and let air into the place. Greeted by front office staff member with things on not a good impression. Place needs renovation and brightening up. The lounge off to the side of the main reception area smells like someone has died in there. Really bad smell couldn’t get out of there quick enough 」

「Spacious, clean and renovated units. Amazing mountain views from our window and the shower was sooo refreshing! We had one king and two single beds to use. I found the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit soft.」

They go above and beyond to try and make your stay and visit to Thredbo special.. they let me gloves a hat and a toque to go up the mountain with – God did I ever need it!
