"Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests."

"Lovely deco styled hotel hidden behind a discreet facade, the room was beautiful with a large shower. The breakfast was really good, with a hot option from the menu, a cheese, fruit and meat platter and a buffet. The reception staff were really helpful. Easy 20 min walk to the old town or trams are just outside, or an uber was only a couple of pounds. Great stay!"

"B&B Centrum is an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow Old Town. All the staff where first class they couldn't do enough for you. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and there were different reception staff on each occasion, but all were excellent. Was a small selection of items to purchase if needed, IE water, snacks, sweets. Their breakfast is first class, the selection would suit all tastes from hot food to cold. There was always ample amount of choice plus they always restocked. Highly recommend the breakfast. One of the best from our many stays in Europe. The location is also excellent to visit the many sites, which can easily be done on foot. Transport is convenient with buses and trams, which are right outside the hotel. A cafe is just across the road too."
