We hadden een fijn verblijf in dit hotel. Propere kamer, lekker eten en mooie accomodaties. Een minpunt voor ons was het feit dat we de laatste kamer helemaal op het einde van het domein kregen en we door deze locatie nauwelijks tot geen warm water hadden om te douchen. We hebben dit twee keer gemeld maar bij de tweede keer kregen we te horen dat dit eigen is aan de locatie van deze kamer en we best niet op het ‘spitsuur’ konden douchen omdat op dat moment het warme water van de boilers bij de receptie niet tot bij ons konden geraken. Spijtig genoeg hebben wij tijdens ons verblijf niet kunnen uitvissen wanneer we dan best wel konden douchen aangezien we verschillende tijdstippen gedurende de dag uitprobeerden zonder enige verbetering.

Cannot fault the hotel, staff or facilities. We have previously been to Aquasis in Turkey and this is relatively the same but on a smaller scale. Pools were great, food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the drinks menu was substantial and the resort was of a high standard. Obviously not a 5 star resort but close enough and right on the beach. We had no issues all week, we did have a smell in the room on the first day but this turned out to the room not being in use for a few days and the common Greece drains smell ssues you see everywhere, but once in use it went away and was no issue afterwards. We stayed in a family suite, side sea view and can honestly say it was probably one of the best rooms with a fantastic view of the sea and turkey/ other Greek Islands, with the bonus of being around the main pool but at the deeper end so no kids noise! 3 adults and one teenager, you really could ask for a better holiday for the price. Excellent

Hotel has a nice layout, had a few issues when we first arrived but they were sorted out quickly. Overall a nice relaxing holiday with plenty to do onsite if you don’t want to travel or go on excursions.

Le plus gros point fort de l'hôtel, ce sont ses piscines avec vagues et toboggans, vraiment adaptées pour les enfants au niveau de la profondeur, avec maître-nageur dans chacune. Par contre, c'est un hôtel vraiment vieillissant, à peine rafraîchi. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment sous-dimensionnée par rapport au nombre d'enfants présents dans l'hôtel et le club enfants ne donne vraiment pas envie. Niveau nourriture, il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant avec des plats relativement variés, au niveau des plats mais pas au niveau des desserts.

Mooi en volledig gerenoveerd complex in het zomerse Kos. Kamers zijn modern ingericht, onze upgrade naar een familiekamer genomen was de meerprijs meer dan waard. Zeer goed dagelijks onderhoud met een heel vriendelijke poetsvrouw. All inclusive : eten was bovengemiddeld. Uiteraard is er veel herhaling waarbij een aantal items dagelijks terugkeerden, maar de verse bereidingen waren doorgaans zeer lekker. Enkel de frisdranken waren teleurstellend : de cola light smaakte werkelijk nergens naar, positief was dan weer dat het water fris en neutraal van smaak was. Meerwaarde was het diner in het Elea restaurant (1x per verblijf te boeken) : lekker met een aantal gerechtjes die je niet bij het buffet kan vinden, en leuk gezien op het dakterras. Zwembadarea was enorm uitgebreid met het grote golfslagzwembad, en het glijbanencomplex. Daarnaast nog toegang tot het strand en de zee in een eigen kleine baai. Daarnaast is er nog een adult only pool maar gezien we een familie met kindje van 10j zijn, geen gebruik van gemaakt. downsides : - complex ligt geïsoleerd, geen directe wandelingen of winkelstraat. Als je dit weet, dan geen probleem - ondanks de recente renovatie toch al wat slijtage, bv. onze douchekop - herhaalde elektriciteitsuitval : zeker 's nachts storend gezien bij herstel de tv en de airco aanslaat... - doorgaans vriendelijk personeel, maar aan de receptie een akkefietje gehad waarbij we ons een nummer en geen klant voelden. Dus wat meer klantgerichtheid daar mag en moet!!!

Das Hotel entspricht den 4 Sternen. Positiv: weitläufig, 4 pools- davon einer mit Wellenpool und einer mit 5 verschiedenen Rutschen, ständig andere Abendessen Mottos, sehr viele Pool- und Strandliegen, Obstkorb + große Wasserflasche und eine Weinflasche zur Begrüßung im Zimmer, tolle Matratzen, tolle Poolbar, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Negativ: bei Später Anreise nur 1 Sandwich, die Anlage ist hauptsächlich für polnische und englische Besucher ausgelegt.

Excellent holiday experience wit kids

It was an amazing experience, the room was so clean, staff is really helpful when you ask for help. Food is good with lots of choices. Aquapark is full of entertainment if you have kids. Kids are enjoying full-day. We will come again next year with my family. Only a criticize for the hotel is the alcohols were not good enough! The taste of the drink&coctails is like water! Probably the reason is full-inclusive concept however the management should rethink about drinks problem.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is located far from everything and markets itself as a high-end all-inclusive water park resort. In reality, the property is outdated and poorly maintained. Our room had a broken shower, the water pressure was excessively high, the pool areas were untidy, and the sun loungers were old and uncomfortable. The food was edible, but the restaurant was unbearably noisy, making it difficult to enjoy any meal. To make matters worse, the water slides in the water park were closed for three out of our seven days, which was a major disappointment. The service was by far the worst part of our stay. The woman working in Customer Relations reacted very unprofessionally to the feedback I sent by email. Instead of addressing my concerns, she confronted me and shouted at me in person. They also ruined my birthday. On top of that, a hotel employee entered our room at 8:30 p.m. without knocking or introducing himself, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. Please be aware of these issues before booking. I have been travelling to Greece since the 1980s, and I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere before.

Clean room that was great, the food was TERRIBLE. Pretty much felt like we were in a middle school cafeteria the hotel only offered bottom shelf liquor & cheap cheap wine & local beer. We were there for 8 days & only had 4 drinks total. Don't waste your money Kos town &Tigaki Beach are anout 10 minutes apart.

An excellent option for families with a brilliant water park, wave pool and right on a beautiful beach. Fantastic staff, lovely and clean, with gorgeous views across to Turkey. Easy travel distance (6km) via a 15 euro taxi to Kos or local buses available. Easy to get back via taxi as well, unlike some other countries. No waiting in taxi queues. Airport transfer was a breeze too. Only issue I had was the limited vegan options, but that's kind of a given for now when travelling abroad. Staff were very helpful around this though, for example, soya milk is available on request. Overall, no complaints, and we had the most marvellous time! We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!!

Séjour agréable en général

Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne mais n'est pas trop bien insonorisée (proche des animations donc calme à partir de 23h) Personnel correct. Repas correct mais répétitif, dommage de mettre des fruits en plastiques avec les vrais même si c'est pour faire de la décoration. Déçue du restaurant à la carte grec car c'est la même chose qu'au buffet mais présenté autrement. Hôtel propre et entretenu qui respect l'écologie, mise en place d'un système de caution sur les verres à la piscine pour éviter que les gens les abandonnent.

Grandi piscine ma con acqua un po’ torbida. Spiaggia inesistente, ma disponibile una spiaggia libera con ombrelloni e sdraio a 10€/giorni (400mt). Bevande all inclusive, di qualità bassissima, anche la birra. Cibo spazzatura per bambini a tutti i pasti patatine e pepite fritte con pesce o carne scadenti macinate. Personale reception non professionale e spesso scortese. Mentre le donne delle pulizie e camerieri vari molto bene! Camera con vista mare parziale con bagno piccolo ma comunque sufficiente.

Nice hotel for a long Greek family holiday

It was a nice family trip to Greece, as always. Warm weather, nice window views, friendly staff, tasty food were the points we liked. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but after a 15-minute walk you can reach a beautiful sandy Karnagio beach. Many thanks to the staff, in particular to the waiters Amanda and Olga, to the bar keepers Oxana and Varvara, to the driver Marion as well as to the cleaning lady Irina. Special thanks to the general director George, who helped us to solve a couple of issues with our room. You all made our vacation amazing. The only person who in our opinion needs to work on her professionalism and client orientation is the reception manager Anastasia. She definitely could be more friendly to clients. Here are also some points we did not like. We did not like that the disco and noisy events ended only after 23 pm, and it is impossible to hide from these sounds even with the windows closed. No matter where your room is located, these sounds from the speakers at the disco can be heard throughout the hotel. It is also a pity that smoking is allowed in this hotel in the rooms and on the balconies. For us, as non-smokers, it was a challenge to wake up every morning at 6 a.m. because of the smell of tobacco from the next room, where guests smoked non-stop from morning to night.

Otel merkeze ortalama 5 km uzakta, sessiz sakin güzel bir otel. Denize girmek pek mümkün değil, taşlı bir girişi var ama havuzu güzeldi. Odaları balkonlu ve güzeldi. Yemekleri gayet iyi ama içkileri pek beğenmedik.
