More professionalism needed

Not good, not too bad. No WiFi in the rooms as advertised, hotel and agencies need to tell the truth. Guy asked my wife (instead of me as the person who booked!) for in advance payment (!) for our stay which had already been paid through hotels.com before arrival (!!!). Decent hotel though. I suppose there are better options in Kos town anyway.

Gefallen hat hilfsbereiten Chef Leider Sauberkeit war schlecht, habe sogar nach 2 Wochen immer noch lange Haaren von anderen Person auf bodem gefunden, habe davon auch Fotos gemacht 1x war sogar putzwasser wahrscheinlich Ende Arbeits Tag in meiner Toilette geleert aber Teil. Über Rand dadurch müsste ich Toilette putzen!!! Jeder 2 tag sind putzfrauen vorbei gekommen aber leintuch wird zusammen gefällten in Schmetterling sieht herzig aus aber am Schluss muss ich trotzdem immer eigene Bett aufmachen Denk Preis Leistung is ok mehr auch nicht Wenn Sauberkeit besser soll werden denn werden deutlich besser bewerten

Nice budget hotel.

This is a nice budget hotel in a quite area. The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed 3 Islands boat cruise with Laumzis Sun Cruises and bike renting.
