"This cottage couldn’t be more charming! The location was absolutely perfect for us while attending a show at the Benton Convention Center—just minutes away, yet it truly felt like a peaceful retreat in the country. We were only about five minutes from great dining and shopping in Kernersville, which made everything so convenient.The décor is gorgeous and thoughtfully done, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even the college kids with us commented multiple times on how much they loved the house—which says a lot!The host has truly thought of everything. From welcoming touches throughout the home to helpful extras like curling irons, cologne, and even fingernail clippers, it felt like nothing was overlooked. The sunroom was a favorite spot—perfect for relaxing with one of the many books available in the house.On top of all that, the host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return!"

The lake looked very nice but unfortunately it was a little cold for us to fish. Any time I messaged the owner it wasn’t long that they responded. I loved the area and the home ices perfect. "We booked online through hotels.come. When we got there to check in the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. We tried for over an hour to get someone to come to the door. We called the main hotel number but was told they couldn't help us. Hotel.com tried to contact them as well with no luck. They ended up having to move us to another hotel."
