「We had a great tomeat the hotel! We were a little uncertain when we first pulled up, but don’t let the outside of the building fool you. Inside is very well taken care of, spacious and very, very clean. We were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in one of the newer rooms that looks to have been recently renovated, and it was immaculate. I’ve never slept in a bed that was more comfortable than this one at a hotel before! Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly as well. One thing to note is...

「It’s all about the location. Absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky that there were no tour groups staying so we had no problem getting into the restaurants. Highly recommend! One suggestion…a less expensive breakfast option especially for those travelling with children.」

「Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook.」

「I had the privilege of talking to the owner and the manager. They were friendly and open to suggestions. With regard to Fernie British Columbia finding a good hotel at a reasonable price is a challenge. This hotel for people who care about their budget is an excellent option. The owner has invested in the comfort of his guests such as new beds. The floors were clean and an excellent condition. The fact that there's no carpet in the units can mean a little bit noisier if you are on the bottom...
