"The MOTEL was beyond dirty. We checked in for one night bc we were attending a concert at Notre Dame. Front desk staff was very polite and nice. The room.... the bed closest to the window was covered in mold spores from the air unit. The bathroom and the towels had several small curly black hairs on the floor and in the folded "clean towels". The second room with bunk beds, had a previous guest's child ipad/tablet just laying on the floor near the window curtains. If ANYONE had run a vacuum, they would have found it. When brought to their attention, we were told we could vacate the room for a deep clean, but we were getting ready for the concert. (They were sold out, so another room was not available) The front desk staff apologized and assured me that some form of discount/compensation would be issued. Fast forward, manger just sent me an email offering me 25,000 choice hotel points. Um....no thanks"

"Parking is ok. There isn't much to the breakfast selections. This trip was a bit disappointing. I never could get the TV to work with the remote, and my AC kept turning off. There are always people hanging around outside the back door and parking lot. "

"The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge had some issues, but management sent a maintenance person within an hour of request to check it out. It didn't want to stay cold. It would work, then not, back and forth. When we checked out told person that room need repair or replacement. There were some noises, late in the evening from people slamming doors and stomping around in the hallway/room. The noises quit eventually. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would likely stay here again. Oh, almost forgot, breakfast was amazing, every morning!"

"The Inn is exquisite - a quaint and modern take on the B&B in the movie Groundhog Day. Well thought amenities and a very elegant and classy feel with spacious and pristine rooms. The charm of the estate is unmatched in every detail. The Inn in cozy, homey, and smelled amazing. I absolutely LOVED it. I wish I would have stayed longer!"

"Lovely family owned hotel with a great location right on a lake. Our room had a great view. Rooms are a bit outdated but being renovated. Also when there try out the restaurant. It was very, very good!"
