wifi didn't work

"The room was big and clean but free wifi didn't work at all. I stayed there for 2 days and didn't have hot water on the 2nd day so couldn't take a shower. It was horrible."

The only things that could be improved are providing salt and pepper, more than two mugs and turning off the automatic light in the bathroom ..."
