The worst

We made a reservation for a big apartment in the second or third floor a month in advance and we confirm it many times but when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a small and smelly apartment in the basement and charged us for a big up stairs apartment. We complain for 2 days but they said that there is nothing that they can do. We were so Frustrated , so angry and so uncomfortable all of the 5 nights that we sited there. The wi-fi was a lie too and of course they did nothing about it. the hot water was not always available. It is not safe, no receptionist most of the times ,no body, cameras are broken though most of the windows are directly on the street. The bottom line is that they ruined our vacation and didn't even apologize.

Kaldığınız odanın zemin kat (bodrum katı) olup olmadığını daha önceden teyit etmenizi tavsiye ediyoruz. Zemin katta kalmanızı tavsiye etmiyoruz. Sabah sıcak su yoktu aradıktan yaklaşık 40 - 45 dk sonra bir bayan teşrif etti , aaaa nasıl olmaz diye tepki verdi ancak o sabah sıcak su sorunu düzelmedi. Akabindede sorun düzeldimi diye soran olmadı. Oda temiz ve kullanışlı ancak otelde hizmet yok .

Güzel daire, kötü hizmet

Otel isteyenler için burası uygun değil. Burası aslında günlük daire kiralama mantığıyla çalışıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı falan beklemeyin. Mesai saatleri dışında görevli hiç kimseyi yakınlarda bulamazsınız. Mesela, biz sabah plaja gittik. Döndüğümüzde kapının manyetik anahtarı çalışmadı ve kapıda kaldık. Görevliyi aradığımızda arkadaşının yolda olduğunu söyledi ve yaklaşık yarım saat dairemize girebilmek için bekledik. Sabah 8-9 arasıydı bu olay. Demek ki gece yarısı olsaydı en az bir kaç saat bekleyecektik. Belki de telefonu açmayacaktı ve sabaha kadar bekleyecektik. Bu açıdan hizmet kalitesi kötüydü. Ayrıca bu olumsuz duruma rağmen özür dileyip telafi etmeyi teklif edeceklerine öğlen 12'de gelip odayı boşaltın diye bir de kapımızı çaldılar. Bu apartmanın hemen yanı başında hoparlörünü sonuna kadar açmış bir cami olduğunu da belirtmek lazım. Onun dışında fiziksel imkanlar olarak dört dörtlüktü. Daire zevkli ve yeni döşenmiş. Bir evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcuttu.
