「We stayed in this hotel for the first time and everyone really liked it. The service was really good. The rooms and bathrooms are also great. They provide free bottle of water at any given time. The place is amazing and being near by golden beach makes it a very reasonable place for your stay. You can get auto rickshaws easily at cheaper rates to visit Lord Jagannath’s temple as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.」

「We booked 2 nights with 5 persons including a toddler. One of the room that was given to us was room no -1105. This room when you entered in wasn’t value for money. They mentioned it was a king bed but that was a queen bed compared to the other room. One side of the bed was broken was which they took that part out and put it in that room only. The queen bed wasn’t good enough for 2 adults and one toddler. The bath-tub in the shower was completely crack and I feel so disgusted by looking at...

「This is a new property the fittings and metarial is new hence it has a premium feel.」

「We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use.」

「Need lots of improvement, during reservations check out time promised like all hotels 11am in writing. When arrive at hotel they will tell you to check out at 8am. And hotel staff will not honor promises by Expedia written and printed reservations timings. Be ready to wonder on street for 3 hours if you do not plan before 8am.」

「This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot...

「Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. 」
